  1. Good topic Saxiib,

In my view there are a lot of problems that greater Somalia suffers, however without a shadow of doubt the single threat and problem at this moment is the zero sum game the various pseudo Islamist groups are playing.

The South should not be painted with one brush other groups have matured and realised (albeit at the expense of growth and death of many innocent lives) that they cannot win out right therefore negotiation and comprise however slow and rigid it is the only solution.

My proposal is the rest should cooperate and make the new kid in the block wake up and smell the coffee. For if he brakes the south we all know he is only going to one direction.

We cannot sit under a tree and negotiate when the youngest brother sits there with a suicide vest on, and believes the key to heaven is for him to blow himself up.

  2. ^^ :D Saxiib we are trying to cut costs and you want to build a new stadium.

    Some profit making schemes.

    • Change the kit twice a season.

    • Spend 5 months in the Far East for promotion.

    • Bring Robbie Fowler back as turnstile operator(Charging £50 extra at his booth)

  3. ^^ Complicated read the part advising Rijkard to focus on the youth system. Now knowing that you joined in 2002 at youngest you were 18, jump 8 years, you know where i am going with this.

Hovwever we thank you for your money :D

  4. It has come to my attention that one of the historically great clubs is on the brink of dropping out of the club of elites. Liverpool dominated football both domestically and Europe in the 1980’s. Today the club is a sad case of mismanagement of resources, incompetent manager, despondent fans and passionless players.

I am opening up a investment fund in Luxembourg (for obvious tax reasons) called Red Sea Capital serving as asset manager for the Somalis in Diaspora. My team is currently in negotiation with over a thousand Hagbad’s, with the intention of using the fund in the pots for my proposed deal as opposed to building that house in Hargaisa, or buying that Lorry for Kenya.

    My Proposal

    Finances

I need to raise (Eur) 200 Million.

    • (Eur) 50 Million – Hagbad

    • (Eur) 50 Million – 2 Wealthy Arab Families in Jeddah and Al Ain.

    • (Eur) 100 Million – Investment Banks (UBS and JP Morgan have shown significant interest)

Morgan Stanley will lead a consortium of advisors in the Acquisition

Allen & Overy – Legal advisor

    Operation

Appoint Stuart Rose ( Head of Marks & Spencer) CEO

    Sack Rafael Benitez

Bring in Frank Rijkard – Explain to him that there isn’t a lot of transfer kit to work with but you can formulate a fantastic scouting system similar to Wenger strategy and those young guns will come to age in the near future, or if you want to (no pressure) sell the buggers for $$$$$$$.

    Debt

We shall restructure our debt, Royal bank of Scotland will be the preferred bank, We will ask for an extension of 2020 be made for repayment.

    Player Transfers.

    • Gerrard – Out 40 Million to Inter Milan

    • Torres – Out 70 Million to Manchester City

    • Anyone with a salary over £40,000 a week will either reduce his salary or join the prima donnas above.

    2020

We shall sell the Club to the Nahyan Family for (Eur) 600 Million. :D

  5. Saxiib it's all labours fault with promises of improved public services.

I was at my favourite place (speakers corner) on Sunday, some of the characters claimed they have haven’t paid taxes for the last 45 years, one Caribbean old man said he was voting for labour under one of his names and Lib Dems under another so that we can get a hung party.

When a Essex lad asked him why he doesn’t want to work he replied, “my ancestors worked for 200 years without a day off, I am just taking their holiday”

    :D

  6. This had nothing to do with Barca’s performance, Arsenal were star struck, a team like Arsenal who is usually good at holding the ball kept losing it very quickly and started chasing bodies rather than keeping positions. Latter parts of the first half they positioned themselves well.

This game is for the taking and Nasri plays better in the inside so we wont miss Fabregas.

It was by the best I have seen since the 4-4 between Liverpool and Arsenal.

Eboue facial expression when he came on priceless :D

  7. What a game, we are still in this one, Denilson should have started from get go.

Ngonge waa iska caadi, everyone knows Barca will have chances we do the same thing to other teams in Premiership week in week out, the passing game rarely produces goals hence why their two goals was almost route ones.

  8. Come on guys, nothing new to this story, almost all Israeli governments come in with a strong right-wing position knowing that they will eventually settle for what they originally wanted.

The poor, confused and reactionary Palestinians go in a frenzy, the US tries to calm all relevant factions down. Eventually the Israeli government seizes the construction on new occupied territories. The US then says lets talk about the 1960’s borders, the Israeli Prime Minster (Netanyahu again this time) says not only did we concede the construction on land against the wishes of those that voted us in but now you want us to give up what we have. By now the US administration is Midway into second term and its too late to bring lasting peace in the Middle East.

But fear not glad tiding and hope is on the way, Democrat Presidential hopeful Alejandro Reyes will bring change in the 2016 elections and lasting peace in the Middle – East. :D

If Lucas makes it into Brazil starting line up for the world cup, I will support Liverpool for a month next season. It’s not going to happen.

  10. Archdemos I have not done an MBA, but I too InshAllah have intentions of going back to school and doing one.

The advice I have been getting from work and mentors is to aim for good schools (Wharton, Sloan, Harvard, INSEAD etc). The reason being a lot of their Alumni’s are senior or middle managers in most blue chip firms in the world, also they offer internships at associate level.

As you can imagine getting into top schools is not only costly but very competitive, so build up your profile, take up leadership roles and responsibilities this will help you.

    Good luck
