They all know how welcoming Muqdisho is, regardless meeshuu qofka ku dhashay, ku koray. Xamar waala isku dhex jiraa Soomaaliweyn, it may not be pre-1990 levels yet, but it is getting there, albeit the prolonged civil strife it experienced. Long may it continue.

    Mr Booliqaran himself complaining about the illegal seizure of his properties. Waa wareey.

     

    Having said that, there should be a due process for this. And if his properties in Dharkanleey (Xaafadda Xoosh) are indeed illegally occupied, they need to be returned. How he acquired them is another case.

     

    But I wonder why his properties is alleged to be illegally occupied, yet Moorgan's ones both in Xamar and Shabeellaha Hoose aren't. That tells you something. Even Xaajiyo Khadiijo's (xaaska Siyaad Barre) property wasn't occupied.

    Xier (do you mean xeer?), you could have chosen a very simple and authentic Soomaali names, instead of hard to pronounce Arabic one that is Intisaar.

     

    If you had chosen names like Siman, Ladan, Bilan, Falis, Filsan, Hodan, Libin, et cetera, we wouldn't have this discussion now because their pronunciation is exactly as it is spelled. Also why Dhuuxo, with hard to pronounce (for non-Soomaalis)  x letter.

    Has anyone seen this individual pictured below? He was last seen exactly a year ago on this day, Febraayo 8, in Muqdisho, with an argagax face.

    This individual was known to try to humiliate Soomaali psyche since 2006, always bringing his presence in every major Soomaali gathering, whether dal or dibad, always trying to put himself in the middle of attention, even if it doesn't concern him or his country.

     

    But on Febraayo 8th, 2017, there was a day he would never forget, it was also the day he was last seen in Soomaali gathering. Good riddance.

     

    Aad ayee u mahadsanyihiin dowladda Farmaajo for simply getting rid of this vermin.

     

    More of his shocked face when it became apparent Farmaajo was winning the presidency.

    Galbeedi, I posted about this xasuuq ten years ago (in 2007) on this forum. It is very sad to see the images of the young schoolchildren.

     

    Xasuuqa Boorame iyo kii kale ka dhacay Wajeer isla sanadkaas in Febraayo 1984, waa laba xasuuq aad loogu murugoodo. It is interesting it happened within eleven days of each other, perhaps Xabashada and Kiikuuyada realizing Soomaali state was weakening. There is no way Xabashi and Kiikuuyo would have done this in the 1960s and 1970s.
