    Abdi Bile Abdi carried the hope of an entire nation when he won, he represented SOMALIA at a global level, Mo- farah showed off a flag that is unknown to 99% of the Somali people. So please don't ever compare the two, evidently there is no competition.

    I occasionally go there to get myself educated on Somalia and the Somali people. Have I learned anything, most definitely every video turns into a qabil bashing eposide lool so backwards. And how many videos of Somali niiko do we need to post? Ya Rabb,

     

    Has anyone seen that revolting Somali video , involving the two hijaabed girls(I mean full cabaayas and khimaars) at a party?? with several ciyaal -suuq boys, so disturbing I think it was pulled down I could not stomach it. Wa nacuudubillah. Talk about dirty dancing I think it was more of a whore house. :mad: :mad: :mad:

    United Africa he says? How will we ever manage that? when we can't even unite the Somali people a population of only 10 million, mind you with the same language,culture and religion.

    I say Gadaffi save your breath and let the philosophy of DIVIDE and RULE take place, atleast foreign powers will make use of the lands they conquer. I am betting Somalia will be the first to perish agree? politics aside, I find Gadaffi to be a funny man, did he not have all FEMALE bodyguards onetime?

     

    One the topic of divide and rule , I would like to share with you all an extract from Muhammed Al-shareefs article titled "The World's Bravest People" .

    As time passed and the lion became hungry, he visited the red bull again. As the red bull saw death in the lions eye, as the teeth dug deep into it's neck, it shouted, "Verily I was eaten the day the white bull was eaten!"

     

    Yap, you have guessed it Somalia as we will come to see it.

    Last week, I attended a females only wedding, normally I only ever attend mixed-weddings. My neighbours religious daughters wedding it was. It was amazing. I decided to let the brothers in, on what actually occurs in a females only wedding. As you can imagine, there was loads of niiko and buraanbur and alot of qabil reference, it was horrendous how forefathers were praised.

    Somali women are uneducated lot, maanta oo dhan reer hebal ayaa laga hadlaye, some of the guests were excluded, tragic as their qabils were not mentioned at all. Which brings me to ask the question, why is it so freaking necessary to praise the qabil of the couple that are getting married?

    I actually saw a particular fat lady with excessive dahab take a fall as she sprinted to the dance floor once her so called'noble' qabil was mentioned.

    Oh and what is up with religious weddings no music permitted? Ofcourse nasheeds are not classified to be music :rolleyes: by allahs will nasheed CDs escort a tag that reads 'halaal music' no offence, a deaf man could tell you its music.

     

    Oh, MashaAllah laakin, a few of the religious sisters were fine as hell ;)Brothers pay attention next time ;)
