  1. what do you suggest? these people dont need sympathy they need action.
  2. leave your hargeisa out of your mouth. people like you suck the life out of people with your religious zealotry.
  3. This is jokes. man that is harsh.
  4. late night telephone calls. a big NO No. especially since many can go on for hours.
  5. people should keep this sort of thing to themselves especially during the holy month of ramadan. If you are a non-believer, that is your business not our so please don't confuse us with your lack of iman. I was once confused about the notion of fate. it didn't make sense to me. but i sought help and mashAllah the sheikh gave me a good explanation.
  6. if this true then its desgraceful. somali children have no manners in this day and age.
  7. Marlboro lights are all i think about all day. usually its the first i have after iftar.

  9. MMA, ''The tone of that sentence can be interpreted you are ready to go back to those activities once this month passes. You are only 'sacrificing' those activities, and I may assume, ready to go back to that lifestyle once Ciid day passes.'' Why are you so judgemental. You seem to have a condescending attitude towards people. Your not perfect yourself so please iska amuus yh! Ibtisam, thanks your advice. really appreciate it.

Ramadan is a special month and this is why i cut down on my many habits so that i can find the strength to cut it during the rest of the year.

  13. this is the type of useless political bantering that has ruined Somalia. the uses of words like awoowe, abti and adeer are not helpful too but are used by ppl to show their intellectual capacity... no where else in the world are people more mocking of each other like that... baal do ppl like xiin and kashafa have compromise... are they more interested in showing ppl their intellectual muscles.
  14. To me it seems as though the current problems in somalia can be fixed quite easily, though easier said than done, I believe its all an issue of compromise and complex negotiations from within ourself without the involvement of external interventions. we all know the root courses of the somali political problems so why pretend to be engaged in silly little point scoring pettiness. we as Somalis are involved in a greater war against those who wish to invade, conquer and destroy our collective somali psyche. I always see people on SOL arguing for the sake of arguing without ever reaching compromise. this is because of the low levels of political maturity and stubbornest of our characters. Solutions people. Nothing else. or keep quiet and respect your size. To me its seems that those who engage in political discussions here are more interested in having an intellectual orgasm than providing solutions thereby impeding the development of somali politicals...

the other day i went to a family friend house and saw the most beautiful somali girl ever... she was so hot in her dhirac shiid, she got changed afterwards and we were introduced... i was like how are you and she giggled and winked at me... she reminds of the siren and her kinky ways. it was such a surreal experience. talk about deja vu just a week earlier in a club and no dhirac shiid.
  17. Was Abdirisaq after the interest of somalis generally as the professor claims or was he after the interest of his sub-clan. Sometimes when the truth is distorted it loses its substance.

the net acts as a filter sxb removing all the impurities you would struggle wit in a real life. you already have the downlow on your potential date. no need to ask silly questions like: whats ur fav song, movies, book etc. its works on commonalities so that by the time you have meet your date, you both have something in common. my only concern is that most date turn out to be predictable or atleast the ones i use to go on before i meet the one.
