  1. First of all...the Sharif Government being brought down is not really the correct way to say it. The Sharif government is just the same as Cabdallahi Government with a new face. It is also not a real government as currently it doesn't govern even a single city. The Shabaab can more be called a government than Sharif's co. What we have going on is people who are coming back to Somalia after years of resting and relaxing in hotels and traveling and they want to steal the efforts and prevent the raise of a pure Islamic State. So it is plain and simple that the Shabaab don't plan to let that happen. And if you remember, the ones that brought the current foreign forces into Somalia was the Government and the ones keeping the foreign forces in Somalia is the Government. If those foreign forces were kicked out of the small portion of Xamar that they are in and they kept out of Somali issues, the issues of fighting would soon after be solved. (Reason being that some warlords and muriyans would of course try to get back to their previous positions) Note: The government is made up of a number of prominant warlords. Secondly, Shabaab have never admitted that they have done the bombings in those regions so that would need to be looked at. Now if they did do it, we could analyze the situation and see the targets chosen and what those targets had to do with the War on Islam and what ties they had to Ethiopia and Cabdallahi Yusufs government that was bringing havoc to Somalia. Keep in mind that Ethiopia entered Somalia and bombed Bakara like crazy and did all types of fasaad. America came and bombed multiple places killing innocents and all the time helping in intelligence and planning. Even Kenya played a role in the attack and arrested many Muslim men women and children during the Ethiopian invasion and shipped them off to secret jails in Ethiopia. The list goes on and on so it would be important to do research and find out the reasons behind actions to better understand. I would say that if there were any innocents that were killed then that is something that is definately not good and should be avoided at all costs. Ever time that i hear that innocents have been killed or caught in the crossfire it really saddens me and i can only make duca for them. The specifics of Indhacade and how he came to be part of the Maxakim and what he did to make up for his past are not so well known to me. I do think that their is no one who is above Shariah and any person would be able to bring up a claim against any other and have it judged. So if the Shabaab could look into the situation in the future. Believe me, i have close ones who live in marko so i know a little bit about how he used to deal with the people. As far as Sharif...This is an issue that should be dealt with using evidence and not just words. In Ibn Katheer Tafsir 5:50 "During the time of Jahiliyyah, the people used to abide by the misguidance and ignorance that they invented by sheer opinion and lusts. The Tatar (Mongols) abided by the law that they inherited from their king Genghis Khan who wrote Al-Yasiq, for them. This book contains some rulings that were derived from various religions, such as Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Many of these rulings were derived from his own opinion and desires. Later on, these rulings became the followed law among his children, preferring them to the Law of the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger . Therefore, whoever does this, he is a disbeliever who deserves to be fought against, until he reverts to Allah's and His Messenger's decisions, so that no law, minor or major, is referred to except by His Law." Regards to allying oneself with the Kuffar and bringing foreign troops to the Islamic Land: "O you who believe! Do not take friends from the Jews and the Christians, as they are but friends of each other. And if any among you befriends them, then surely, he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the wrongdoers." (5:51) Sorry everyone for the long response... Nabad...Are you willing to do anything to get peace? Is you goal salaam or islam or both? Are you willing to bow down to the Americans to get peace? Are you willing to bow down to the Ethiopians to get peace? Are you willing to bring back the rule of the warlords in hopes of peace? Are you willing to allow your government to be ruled by other than the rule of Allah? Do you think to rule by other than what Allah has decreed is something ok? You have complained or asked about Indhacade...what do you say about Qaybdid and Maxamad Dheyre and Cabdi Fatax Ibraahim Shaaway and Qanyeyre and on and on of the oppressors and criminals who are part of the government? Do you think they will be tried for their crimes? Should Sharif bring them to justice? What do you think about the thousands that the government backed Ethiopians killed? How about the hundreds that the government backed AMISOM killed and bombed? How about the killing and stealing that has been done by government soldiers? Finally how can you trust a person like Sharif who has over the past two years become his own enemy and has gone against what he stood for? Let's start with that...
  2. Nabad nabad nabad, Inshallah every part of Somalia will live nabad soon. First, i would say that before we discuss issues, we must make sure we have all of the issues straight. The people who are living under the "Shariah" are living in a society where there things are dictated by the laws of Allah; there are no isbaros, no illegal taxes, no house taxes, stolen homes are being returned, evil is shunned in every way, good is enjoined, people are called to increase their deeds and worship of Allah, punishments are implemented on people who are convicted of crimes all based on the Quran and Sunnah, tribal leaders are respected and visited by leaders, tribal conflicts are handled, the people live in PEACE, no man or woman is better than another, and on and on. That is some of the Shariah that i am talking about. All you have to do is look at Kismayo and Marko to get an idea. Shabaab have recently taken over those areas and although they don't have so much finances and means, they are doing the best they can, May Allah accept them and give them victory. As far as the poor man whose hand was cut. He wasn't convicted of stealing a fishing net. He was convicted of stealing fishing nets worth approx $300 from a women and Allah knows best. As far as Indhacade, he became "wadaad" during the time of Maxakim. So his situation is not something new. After the invasion, he was part of Sharif's group in Asmara. After Sharif left to jabooti, he continued in Asmara. FYI he used to control lower Shabelle and would be hard on the people there and have checkpoints and take charges even on homes. But he doesn't control lower Shabelle and isn't part of Shabaab. The Shabaab took over the area months ago as the Muriyan there had set up check points and had killed some people. There was even an incident in Bakool region where one of the Mujahideen opened fire and killed an individual. The Shabaab arrested the young man and the young man himself was calling for the rule of Allah in his case. The judge found that he was guilty and finally he was executed. May Allah accept him. Rather than choosing to give up on what the youth of Somalia have been getting wounds for and being killed and jailed for, i think that it is a better idea to strive and struggle as now we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Instead of trying to bring the corruption and evil of the government to the rest of Somalia, i would say that we bring the Full Shariah that we are seeing examples of to Xamar and the rest of Somalia. Sorry for the long reply but I sincerely see that as the answer to the problems of Somalia and that will be the best for them in this short worldly life and the next eternal life. Allah knows best.
  3. Just to get the news from the source...www.kataaib.info Mujaahidiinta Al-Shabaab oo weerar saf ballaaran ah ku qaaday gaalada iyo Ciidanka Ridada ku sugan Jaalle Siyaad ilaa Taleex. 4. I don't think anyone can say that these Shabaab are against peace. Maybe one can say that they won't stop the struggle until they attain the true and complete peace and justice through Shariah. The areas that they control are experiencing peace and security and Justice by the success of Allah. The only thing is that they don't compromise on their principles and if even Abu Mansur himself were to be in the presidential palace tomorrow that wouldn't change anything. They want complete removal of foreign gaal invaders and full implementation of Shariah. As Sharif said a few years ago, we must choose between the anger of America and the anger of Allah. We choose the anger of America. The mujahideen have stayed consistent throughout this time and Inshallah will be firm. May Allah guide them.
  5. May Allah reward the Sheikh for his talk. It is important in these days because there are many people who are confused and being lead on. We need more Shaykhs who will speak the truth and not fear the blame of the blamers.
  6. This isn't something new from AMISOM. Anytime they are attacked they take it out on whatever is moving or they bomb the markets. Part of the media war is now that they are trying to cover it up. But i think this exposes them even more as the Somali people all know that AMISOM the "peacekeepers" act the same way as the Ethiopians. And there are people who are calling for more "peacekeepers". what kind of "peace" do they want...
  7. I actually see the Somali people on the ground as warming up more and more to the Shabaab and the Islamic State that they are striving to implement. Everyone has gotten so worked up and excited that Sharif has become "president" but nothing has changed on the ground. The government is weaker than is was before the Ethiopian invasion. There is just a new face to Cabdallahi Yusuf's government. On the other hand, the Shabaab are stronger than they have ever been, Alhamdulillah, and have moved past just fighting the invaders to securing the roads, bringing justice to the lives of the people, bringing equality and respect to all of the tribes, improving the situation of the Somali people. The people who are currently oppossed to them are the government officials, former warlords, drug traders, and Ethiopian backed militias. As for the Somali public, they have welcomed them and are seeing the Shabaab as what will bring stability to a land that has seen 20 years of hardship. My advice to Sharif would be to turn away from his current direction and disavow himself from the enemies of Islam and Somalia, and give up his dreams of high status positions and join the Islamic movement even in the lowest position. Many people seem to forget that Sharif is his own worst enemy as he has done a 180 degree turn and his words during the past few years are against everything he is currently doing.
  8. Most of the country is under peace now and the affairs are being taken care of. Now Sharif has come. So let's see if he will bring instability to the South again to get his ways and his chair. Let me remind you that the Somali "government" is weaker than it was before the Ethiopians entered. Those days they controled at least one city, baidoa. Now they don't even control one city and are only in control in a few parts of Mogadisho with the help of some invading foreign mercenaries.
  9. I think that he will choose to please the west and America and will try to oppose them and bring in more foreign troops.
  10. They have been chased out of the country and are now down to doing raids along the border. The Mujahideen will Inshallah increase their forces on the border and that will make them regret even being on their side of the border. Inshallah.
  11. America supports going against Sharia. They oppose the establishment of an ISlamic State as they entered into Somalia, through Ethiopia, when the Muslims claimed they wanted to rule by Sharia. Sharif's comments about America definately need a big question mark.
  12. I think that they will Inshallah be able to run a country as they have shown small examples in places like Kismayo and Marko and are spreading their rule to other places. But the Somali people in general must take their role also and take positions and support them as we have seen being done in Kis and Marko. May Allah give them success.
  13. I don't think that you can say that Asmara fought the hardest but i do think that they were part of the resistance. Yes, without the Jihad, the Ethiopians would still be in Somalia and Allah knows best. Djibouti and more specifically, Sharif, are being used by the Enemies against Islam and the establishment of peace and Sharia Justice in Somalia. One of the biggest problems with Asmara's crew is in the name. "Asmara" It is difficult to say that we won't allow outside countries to influence internal politics when the leadership is being supported by an outside country. And everyone must know that Asmara(Eritrea) is not supportive of Somalia or the Somali people or Islam, but are just trying to hurt their enemy Ethiopia. Sharif is just another face to the same government that he himself used to oppose and fight. The goal is to rule by the Shariah and being peace and justice to Somalia. Victory or martyrdom.
  14. I think that he is in a very difficult situation. He is a politician and trys hard at always pleasing both sides. I think that is why he when to Addis but at the same time he didn't talk to reporters. I wonder how he feels visiting the country that has caused so much hardship for the past few years. I wonder what he said to meles and what demands he made...
  15. I think these guys,Sharif and co., actually welcome more foreign troops. hmmmmm...is that what Somalia needs???
  16. Ask the simple Somalis and they will tell you that the Shabaab have been fighting and defending them and those same people and every caasi that passes by the explosion site knows that those people were killed by AMISOM gun fire. Any thinking person can see that from the pics. So, if you want to claim that the driver was intentionally targetting civilians, then i would have to say that he missed his target.
  17. AU troops 'shell Somali civilians' At least 22 people were killed in a car bomb attack and an ensuing firefight [EPA] African Union troops in Somalia have been accused of indiscriminately shelling a Mogadishu neighbourhood after an attempted suicide bomb attack on their base. At least 22 people were killed in the car bomb blast and an ensuing firefight on Saturday, witnesses and medics said. Several homes were hit by artillery fire just minutes after the vehicle blew up, residents of the Hodan neighbourhood said. "We are civilians - we don't have weapons - yet we are caught in the middle of the fighting from the African troops who allegedly came here for peacekeeping," Adam Abdi said. "This area was bombed more than six times but there are no military bases here." Mosques hit Locals were also angered after two people were reportedly killed and two mosques hit during the violence. "I appeal to the Muslims and brothers to support their brothers here against their enemies, whether the Ethiopians or from Burundi" Imam of Nawawi mosque "First, they hit the minaret, 10 minutes later they shelled the mosque, this shows how much they hate Islam," the imam of the Nawawi mosque told Al Jazeera. "I appeal to the Muslims and brothers to support their brothers here against their enemies, whether the Ethiopians or from Burundi." About 3,000 peacekeepers from Uganda and Burundi are in Somalia as part of the African Union mission (Amisom) to stabilise the country. Nine AMISOM troops have been killed in Somalia since the first Ugandan contingent was deployed in March 2007. The incident came just days before additional troops were expected to arrive in the Somali capital to bolster the force. AU denial Ramtane Lamamra, an AU peace security commissioner, condemned the attempted suicide attack, which he called "a cowardly terrorist act that goes against achieving peace and stability in Somalia". The AU shelling reportedly hit homes in the Hodan neighbourhood [Reuters] A spokesman for the Uganadan military said that the AU forces had not opened fired after the blast. Somalia is wracked by violence with near-daily attacks on troops loyal to the largely powerless UN-backed transitional government. Much of the country is controlled by armed opposition groups who have captured many of the towns and villages seized by government and Ethiopian troops from the Islamic Courts Union in late 2006. The interim government has failed to bring stability to the Horn of Africa nation, where more than 16,000 people have been killed in the past two years and one million others driven from their homes. Some analysts have said the the recent withdrawal of Ethiopian troops could create a power vacuum as opposition forces scramble for control. http://english.aljazeera.net/news/africa/2009/01/2 00912511255325221.html So...what do you think of those who say that there should be no resistance to AMISOM? How about to those who are calling for more "peacekeepers" to come?
  18. if you get your news from waagacusub then you must not know that it is one of the sites most known for lying and putting up false information, ko. Also, if you, in the name of peace or anything else, want to call those men who have and are still giving their money, and blood and lives to protect the Muslim nation...if you want to call them names and call people to fight them and maybe fight them yourself, then i advise you to prepare yourself to stand before your Creator with those deeds to answer about. Those heros, the Mujahideen are hard on the disbelievers and easy and merciful on the believers. Defend them and make dua for them.
  19. It has been reported that AMISOM fired shots after the explosion for a long period of time.
  20. It is plan and simple. This is not something new in Mogadishu. Anytime the foreign forces are hit, they open up on whatever is moving and they bomb neighborhoods and markets. The vehicle exploded. They opened fire and continued firing for a long time at civilians. They bombed bakara and other areas for hours. They set up a story that the Mujahideen killed those people even though any seeing and thinking person can see that that is a false claim. This is not a new strategy. Also, i have seen this issue of calling those who do suicide/martyrdom operations as "cowards" in the western media and now i have seen it here. That really surprises me and shows another tactic from the foreigners. Could you really describe someone who decides to give his life and has chosen to give his life to fight against the foreign forces and had the courage to drive up to and into the enemy lines... I really don't think that you could call that person a coward. If you think that what he did was wrong...maybe misguided. If you think what he did was bad...maybe evil. If you think what he did was acceptable...maybe a hero. But no matter what coward doesn't describe the person. Finally, the verse says "Intentionally" So don't forget to read the entire verse and take all of the evidences. The Mujahideen are fighting against foreign invaders and are trying to protect the innocents. The farthest thing possible from their minds is to even hurt a fellow Muslim. Allah knows best. PS. We should always advise the Mujahideen to take the utmost precaution and to even postpone operations and explosions if there is sign of possible risk to the people. (Inshallah they are currently doing that.) The Mujahideen in Iraq have called off operations multiple times because some Muslims moved close to the operation area. (Video - Two years after the Dawla)
  21. I do also think that the people of Mogadishu in particular have gone through the most hardship during the past two years although some other regions have also felt that hardship. I will tell you that the response of the Mujahideen was a response of unity in which men from every section of Somalia including Somaliland, Puntland, Djibouti, ******, and Northeastern Kenya came to protect and give victory to the oppressed Somalis in an around the capitol. They didn't give importance to which tribe lived there and so on. They focused more on pleasing their Lord. In addition, Muslims from other parts of the world have also spilt their blood and sacrificed to kick the invaders out of the land. I think that we have to admit that this movement has not only unified Somalis but also Muslims from all over. This is the answer to the problems of Somalia. In addition, the Mujahideen always strive hard to never hurt the normal people during their operations and this was an example of that. The UNISOM carried out shooting in the area and bombing of Bakara and then UNISOM, the government forces, and the media tried to blame the civilian deaths on the Mujahideen. They have been exposed. Keep in mind they might try that more in the future as they did years back in Egypt. They placed bombs in the markets and then blamed it on the Ikhwan just to make the public against them. Don't be fooled!!!
  22. Their story of what happened and the pictures of what happened don't match...they are trying to make a rift between the people and the ones who have been fighting for and protecting the people. Allah has and will Inshallah expose their plots.
  23. Check this photo on Garowe. http://www.garoweonline.com/artman2/publish/Somali a_27/Somalia_13_killed_in_Mogadishu_violence_trigg ered_by_suicide_bomber.shtml I heard this story and watched it on Jazeera and was a bit puzzled. Do they look like they have any burn marks evidence of explosion? I don't think so. Their vehicle doesn't even have any dark marks. The story, on the other hand, mentions that after the explosion there was a 30 minute battle in which AMISOM tanks were used. After the explosion AMISOM forces opened fire and killed and injured many. This is not a new tactic and has been used by AMISOM and the Ethiopian forces before. Whenever they are attacked or exploded, they open fire at whatever moves and take it out on the people. That also seems to be apparent in the picture. Check it out again...the cause for the death of those people definately doesn't seem to be from an explosion but rather could be from gunfire. In addition, after the explosion, AMISOM continued their "peacekeeping" mission by bombing various places in Mogadishu including Bakara market for over two hours causing many casualties. ps Isn't it ridiculous how they said that they know it was a foreigner because they found his arm and it was light skinned. First of all, that huge explosion is not going to effect his skin color? Second, don't these people know that somalis come in all colors and shapes and sizes. Another example to not believe everything you read and that the foreign invaders and the media will try to twist things.
  24. Sharif is yaab. One day he talks and you are impressed and pleased and the next day he talks and your enemy is impressed and pleased. The Mujahiden haven't changed their stance no matter how weak they were or no matter the situation. All of the Mujahideen forces have stated that they will continue to kick out the foreign forces. In addition, some of the tribes in Mogadishu have also stated on the radio that the Jihad will continue, like Mursade and Duduble. Sharif can't be trusted and has went from calling for war and fighting against foreign forces to requesting and welcoming foreign forces. Allahu Caclam.
