I wouldn't personally, no. Funnily enough it was used even before the breakdown of Somalia, e.g. The Model Iman. Even though she was an educated girl from a well off family, she was represented as a poor desert girl by the media throughout her early career. I suppose I'm 'ho-hum' about it because it's one of the many things I let go in exchange for less grey hairs.

Massive storms and power outages ayaa nalugu saliday. Even worse I realised just how reliant on electricity I am, other than my mobile and books, everything else needs the electric stuff to work. Not good.

Oodweyne, I think it's too early to be making such sweeping statements, although I can understand the excitement reer-SL feel at this. I don't believe he will change anything for you or bring anything new to the status quo. I would say wait and see exactly what he delivers before rejoicing.
