Both men were killed, while one of their companions wound up in hospital with gunshot wounds. Three hundred and sixty-five days later, cops are no closer to knowing who gunned down the pair or why and they're hoping a bounty will loosen some long shut lips to help ease the families' endless nightmare. "Oh, it's been dreadful," concedes Amran Ali, the victim's sister. "It's just a day-by-day struggle. Every day we're just trying to live, but it's just hard." But neighbours who knew the victims aren't quite so subtle. "They should find the killer," demands a resident named Norma. "You know, it's about time the police force start working more harder to find all these killers." Cops understand their anger. "They're extremely frustrated, as you can imagine," notes Det. Bill Vieiria. "They obviously want some closure. They've lost, you know, two beloved sons, and unfortunately they haven't been able to get the closure that they need in regards to this case." The killings have been especially difficult to accept because they were so senseless. "They were standing there.
