Thats not comforting - How about if natural disaster strucks one night, and I'm broke and not "Productive" anymore - What happens then? And why is it to access the Somaliland.Net site you've to be not only a registered User, but to also put forth your Identity - the form asks - age, name, address, work/home telephone Number, to top it all it takes 10 days to get approved?? - What is all the hussle? My Amex and Gold Visa cards took alot lesser and quicker then that and there was no Background/Criminal Check!!! God Bless. ------------------ "He tried to be somebody by trying to be like everybody, which makes him a nobody."

Good Afternoon my fellow Somali students, I hope everybody is well and is working hard for the last few weeks in the academia calendar. As well as revising for the coming exams, I am sure that everybody has got workload up to their eyeballs. I would like to take this opportunity to wish every single person the best of luck, may Allah grant you the strength of mind to overcome all the usual tricky hurdles, Inshallah! As a member of the Event & Entertainment committee for the Somali Students Association, I would like to address everybody in this forum and ask if you can take five minutes of your busy schedule and help me and my colleagues answer a few questions, which in turn will able to help us construct a project inshallah. The project, which we are planning to organise, is a Careers Event, we hope to collate as much information as possible in order to cater for everybody's needs. We have revised a set of questions, which enable us to get a clearer picture of the careers, which you are interested in. The information, which you will provide us with, will be held in the strictest confidence, in order for us to make a success of this (Careers event) project, it will be much appreciated for everybody to collaborate as it will be of a benefit to everybody. 1. What are you studying? 2. Which area do you wish to work in after you graduate? If not do you wish to study further e.g. MSc, PhD etc? 3. What is your ambition? 4. If you weren't studying, what would you like to do? 5. How much has attending university helped you to find out what you wish to do in the future? I hope that all the above questions were quite understandable in terms of answering all of them to the best of your individual abilities. If you have anything to add to this survey, then please do not hesitate to write it on your reply, Inshallah. If you could e-mail us back at the above address (somalistudent2001@hotmail.com) with your answers it would be fully appreciated. I am sorry if I have gone on a bit, but I must stress that it is vitally important that we get feedback, as this would only be a benefit to every one of us Inshallah. I hope to hear from everybody soon Inshallah. P.S. Please do not write reply to the e-list email address (somali-students@yahoogroups.com) as this is only used for the purpose of discussions and up-and-coming events. If you require more information about or organisation and what we hope to do for fellow Somali students around the UK, then please check our website www. somalistudents.com

my favourite african team would have to be senegal they played really good. But I like France and Brazil... isn't that strange? Brazil because of how they play and they whooped Italy's az back in 94 and France because a European nation with players of different ethnicities and nationalities I think theres more the other are Holland and England those are the ones Im sure of the others I dont know, and also france because if they can beat Brazil then they must have something going for them. p.s I still watch footbal matches because of two reasons the game and of course the cute guys

The biggest game that the Premiership has seen for over 10 years as Arsenal travel to Old Trafford knowing that a draw against Manchester United will be enough to secure our second double in five years. Two huge giants will fight till the last minute to show who is the true Champ and its obvioulsy going to be Le french who takes the gooners to Championshipland. ------------------ There is no Sin Greater Than Ignorance R.Kipling ("`-''-/").___..--''"`-._ `6_ 6 ) `-.
