    My idea to change the World...is to eliminate greed, corruption and abuse of power by

    1. Providing free food, shelter and healthcare for all..that way no stomach will be left empty,

     

    2. Punishing the rich, (No Billionaires, $2M is the individual wealth limit)

     

    3. Taxing anyone making over $70K only

     

    4. Punishing bad parents (i.e your 6 yr old cant read, or your teenage son was arrested for stealing)

     

    5. Eliminating private schools that cater to the upper class, free education for all

     

    6. Empowering women to take on leadership roles

     

    7. Legalizing narcotics

    Last week I run the 5K for charity and finished 67th overall. I was extremely wipeout afterwards. I did better this time and it is a well deserves vacation for my muscles.

    get married if you want to have kids..ASAP...if not, get married if you feel lonely...after all marriage is a companionship...

     

    Dating is more practical, you get more out of it than marriage...

    I dated this guy for 3 years, and now we are planning to get married..i guess we figured that we can tolerate each other no matter what...

    Don't fall for someone right away and decide that you want to spend the rest of your life with them...take your sweet time...find out what you have in common, study their bad habits early on, do your homework....

    I live in a high rise building (27 of 29 flrs) so i rarely take the elevator unless i'm in a hurry or wearing heels..lol.

     

    In the winter i swim at the pool in my building, also i use the gym for cardio workout...

    summer..i rollerblade outside and ride my bike everywhere..i live in a beautiful city with amazing parks and trails and beaches..and it is all free....

    I stay away from fried foods...i cook everything i eat 98% of the time. My diet consists of Fish, veg, fruits, and nuts..all organic...

    I minimize the carbs i take (usually no bread, pasta and etc).

    I don't have sugar in my house and I use olive oil instead of veg oil.

    Drink milk, it is not only for growing kids..and before i forget lots of water (4L a day)...

     

    I never miss breakfast in the morning. After all, It is the most important meal of the day.

     

    Long walks each evening before you retire to bed are extremely beneficial into maintaining a healthy weight.

     

    This year i want to start learning how to Golf...great
