  7. abaayo u say we are arabs, i think u should speak 4 urself, cuz i look at maself and all i see is an african who just happens to have different features than the other africans but that don't mean i am an arab. i ain't an arab, never will be and oh yeah i don't plan to call maself one either just cuz i wanna be different. whats so wrong with africans that u are so ashamed to considered one? i mean look at a somali person, he is 90% african except 4 the soft hair and long nose. i luv ma muslim bros and sis, but allah made me different and he made me somali, so i might as well stick wit what alllah had made me to be. anyway, gurl allah ha ku gargaaro. peace.

What's your religion? I was walking across a bridge one day, and I saw a man standing on the edge, about to jump off. I immediately ran over and said "Stop! Don't do it!" "Why shouldn't I?" he said. I said, "Well, there's so much to live for!" "Like what?" "Well ... are you religious or atheist?" "Religious." "Me too! Are you Christian or Jewish?" "Christian." "Me too! Are you Catholic or Protestant?" "Protestant." "Me too! Are you Episcopalian or Baptist?" "Baptist." "Wow! Me too! Are you Baptist Church of God or Baptist Church of the Lord?" "Baptist Church of God." "Me too! Are you Original Baptist Church of God, or are you Reformed Baptist Church of God?" "Reformed Baptist Church of God." "Me too! Are you Reformed Baptist Church of God, reformation of 1879, or Reformed Baptist Church of God, reformation of 1915?" "Reformed Baptist Church of God, reformation of 1915!" To which I said, "Die, heretic scum!" and pushed him off.

Bragging about Japan There was a Japanese man who went to America for sightseeing. On the last day, he hailed a cab and told the driver to drive to the airport. During the journey, a Honda drove past the taxi. Thereupon, the man leaned out of the window excitedly and yelled, "Honda, very fast! Made in Japan!" After a while, a Toyota sped past the taxi. Again, the Japanese man leaned out of the window and yelled, "Toyota, very fast! Made in Japan!" And then a Mitsubishi sped past the taxi. For the third time, the Japanese leaned out of the window and yelled, "Mitsubishi, very fast! Made in Japan!" The driver was a little angry, but he kept quiet. And this went on for quite a number of cars. Finally, the taxi came to the airport. The fare was US$300. The Japanese exclaimed, "Wah... so expensive!" There upon, the driver yelled back, "Meter, very fast! Made in Japan!" A letter to grandma A little boy wrote this letter to his grandmother: Dear Grandmother, I'm sorry I forgot your birthday last week. It would serve me right if you forgot mine next Tuesday. With love, Mike

  20. it is kinda true that somalis tend to interact only with their kind, but that don't mean they are afraid of other people. it just means they are comfortable around their own. take me 4 example. At school, I only interact only with somalis, thats 1 of ma rules, cuz thats how it is in ma school. u go wit ur kind and if any1 somali hangs with other than somalis, we just call them "wannabes" it is funny how some kids are so ashamed of their own people, that they would even make fun of some1 somali who don't know the language just cuz their "american" friends are doing. not realizing those u r making fun of is ur own kind. all i gots to say is that i think it is better we stay connected throughout. it is all good if we interact wit others, to get a better understanding of the world around us. i talk too much, i gotta go now. peace.
  21. hey, i ain't never been in a position like that, but all i can tell u is that it all depends on the people u hang out wit. cuz they be having a lot of influence on u, and u be doing whatver they do.so try hanging out wit new ppl. p.s. we all miss prayers sometimes and we all get that voice in our heads when it is time to pray, but u just gotta force urself and then u'll get used to it. hope i helped. peace.
