    bY FAR...THIS IS THE BEST POEM

    ...I DUNNO IT JUST FELT SO MUCH CLOSE TO HOME NA'MEAN...ENJOY

     

     

    MY Somali Queens..

     

    you have surpassed every obstacle to create what has now become your lives

    even braved being our wife's

    many have tried to explain the endurance of your pride

    but still struggle to understand the courage you posses inside

    but as sure as the sun meets its horizon in the distant shores

    you were all about weathering storms and fighting through downpours

    learning sign languages at times when your speech fell on deaf years

    putting on a smile amidst all the pain inflicted to u through out the years

    like the times when we hurt u, abandon u, cursed u, disrespected u

    for all the sacrifices that you have made

    for all the fights that you shouldn't have fought

    for the echo of your pain

    and for the silence of your laugh

    SORRY........is long over due

    but forgiveness we trust is part of you

    for you are truly a phenomenon in your own right

    a majestic eagle upon its flight

    you are like the dawn mildew fragrances of jasmine

    in beautiful garden scented names...i believe they called you yasmine

    and i wish that i had multiple identities

    and each identity had split personalities

    because i am in love with amina, hodo, shadiya, and naima respectively

    i am in love with rahma, amran, and fadumo equally

    i love every thing about u down to your dirac when it is blessed with some onsi

    you see.....you are my mother, my sister, my niece, my friend, my wife

    and i have realized that you are my life

    and i could give you mercedes

    and whole lot of roses

    and even some daises

    I could give you expensive cars

    and a whole lot of diamonds stars

    and even some gold bars

    and if you like i could buy you cashmere blouses

    and a couple of big house

    i could give you all that stuff

    but instead i choose to give you my love

    because you are my Somali queen

    the only in my scene

    the one whom i would swim upstream

    and rescue in an untold dream

    beautiful, intelligent, elegant and still maintaining her diin

    I receievd thats same email awhile back and nevah have i had the idea of it being the shatan's words.. We use what if's in the form to be aware of the actions we take today n its reflections. It's said to make us double think...for instance

    What if Allah decided to stop leading us tomorrow because we

    didn't follow Him today ?

    It's true message is what if our actions seek less of allah..will he be willing to bless us knowing how we didnt? Common Knowledge.... but anywho' Mizz Lexus..glad you pasted your dark stages...n finally stepped into the lite...no truely.

    this is a poem written for Somali women....by Somali men...apologizing for all the pain that they have inflicted to somali women throughout the years....i guess its there way of saying we love ya ladies....and we are nothing with out ya...

    Its common sense..if one was to get in bed with the person they so-call their "mate" without being married islamically...one would suffer innner self doubtness n guilt strikin from ya conscience. Besides how's sleepin with this person evah gonna change their views of you...shot they might just leave you cuz you were easy..n they didnt think you were at first.

    loooooooooool@firstlady..evah heard of guy friends darlin..honesly. Of course if "attraction" is involved in, some behaviours will be untolerated. But if there is a mutual friendship n no feelings involved in such ways..then nothin wrong with tha.

     

    But being unfaithful is havin the intension of not being with this "person" you're with and yet long for someone or somethin bettah as you may think. Not only tha but just the fact tha you're not real with yaself..if guilt plays a role in ya all the reasons why it aint "rite" for you to be doing...our conscience is what differs us from the animals..so start listenin to tha lil voice...

    My heaven n earth

    shade tears of horrfyin times

    but we still remain standing

    standing in union

    you are my soul, my whole being

    some have lost so much n i still have

    amount of effort you installed on me is unbearable

    the size of ocean wont amount

    with open arms you let me live

    taught me of my rites n wrongs

    stood there n lectured day in n out

    thinkin of time, i was annoyed

    but now i see, that lecturing was your way of lovin

    til the day i die, i will strive to make you happiest

    regardless of time or day...

    the power you made me realize not has it brought happiness but showed me the true meaning of life

    Without allah, one doesnt stand a chance

    you've proven tha ova n ova

    but as a adult women

    i stand here today not only of my accomplishments

    but your scarfices n efforts

    the love you gave isnt easy to come by

    the knoweledge isnt what i can repay back

    the caring you thought isnt amount in giving

    i couldnt possibly repay you but as allah is my command

    i will strive to teach the offsprings of mine.(inshallah)
