  13. France all the way ! 'The side is packed with star names. There is Lilian Thuram in defence, the Arsenal duo of Robert Pires and Patrick Vieira in midfield, while their attack can boast the likes of Thierry Henry and David Trezeguet. They also have a certain Zinedine Zidane pulling the strings.' just add Anelka in that line up and its smooth sailing from there on.... I would like England to win it...looks like this will not be their year! Once again. Flops - Italy - promises so much before every championships, but always flops I am hoping England will surprise me this year and actually Win. !

  18. Divorce is a problem in every society, it signals the destruction of a family, the end of the road for both parties. Divorce is painful to all that’s involved & most importantly the kids. When it comes to divorce you have two scenarios: 1) children 2) no children If we look at the second option its simple, no children - no attachment, no problem. Things are not working out; you have done you best to make it work than you can walk. No need to stay in contact, no need to look back, you go and find your feet. Ok, now here comes the moment of truth, children. Completely different outlook now, your focus is no longer about ‘you’ only the term ‘what’s best for the kids’ should always been on ones mind & lips. If the relationship has reached a point where both parties can no longer get along and divorce is inevitable than one needs to put the children needs on top of the priority list. I cannot understand why ‘grown’ people cannot get along ‘at least’ in front of their children. The way they address each other in close doors is irrelevant but they need to be aware how they conduct themselves at the presence of their children. In my opinion when respect disappears there is no marriage, but when divorce occurs it’s important that RESPECT is established for the sake of the children. When children are involved both parties have to put the children first as it’s their duty to get along, bear in mind I said ‘duty’ no choices given there. The way I see it, there is no more ’ME’ anymore – sounds like a selfish word when kids are involved, a mother is a privilege so those who can’t along with the children’s father/mother better try and do what they can to improve the situation as the connection will always remain, the father will always be the father & the mother will always be the mother, no escaping that.
  19. ..looks like we are trying to analyze the brother a bit too much - the brother was probably exhausted and needed to quickly fallback to get a well deserved rest or could it be that he was suffering from a dead leg that required a moment of rest , whatever the reason I wouldn't be bothered, plus I would have declined his assistance anyway - I pack ME own bags.
  20. wlc Arsenal great idea - gives us a chance to sing our own praises , Lets keep the rest out... (we can have them at invite only )
  21. ... Here is what you do before travelling to Dubai (I’m not a Dubai Nomad – thought my tips will be of some assistance to yourselves. Avoid the summer time - sizzzzzzling hot, if poss. delay your holidays to november/decemeber – for some of U’s that’s not an option so here is my tip. => take a lot of loose change, => Cost of living is pretty cheap - so spend wisely - as for shopping its bargain city, make sure you master the technique & never believe a word dat salesman says… they say 15dir, you say 5 soon enough you will both meet mid way((pretend you speak Arabic - if you do they treat you like a local – watch how the prices come down ) => Accommodation - renting a villa would work out cheaper. => If you have a driving license, rent a car it’s cheaper - (plus they do 5 days rental deals for a good price – if they don’t offer the same good deals….times must’ve changed . I’m sure my info sharing has been of some benefit to yourselves, no ‘thank you’ required, just a lil donation towards my holiday will do… Cheers….
  22. Abit of both. There are many of us who review a course based on the eventual outcome – what is the pay structure like? I’m I able to generate enough interest to continue with it until the end? If those responses are satisfactory one normally takes up the course. Most of us can’t imagine getting up every morning doing the same ole stuff, but reality is, no matter what your ultimate job is you will always go through phases & the famous job satisfaction level moves up and down a gear. ‘Hate it’ ‘love it’ ‘ok’ ‘need a new job’ all are common words used to describe different days for the same job; most people would like to trade their job some how what someone else is doing appeals to the eye alot more (especially when the honeymoon period is over). Coming back to your question, Yes it about gaining knowledge, yes it’s about the money, and if the job satisfaction follows closely even better .
  23. Barwaaqo : So you finally decided to show your face when I couldn't make it Too bad you were not there sis - next time IA. Excuses will not be tolerated anymore - you have used up your allocated ones... .
  24. The mother should’ve made provision for her child while travelling on public transport. A mother knows her baby feeding times and should’ve been well prepared; in saying that we are not aware of the situation (maybe she had left the baby bottles at home or the baby is only used to breast feeding) If it can't be helped so be it. I am sure she tried to be discreet as best as she could, mothers have a way of not exposing themselves while breast feeding – a true talent some posses. Me personally, I would not be able to do it in public, probably end up getting off the tube/bus & finding somewhere less crowded to feed the crying baby (Result Happy baby, Delayed journey , )..
  25. ..Rudy thanks for your feedback - i'm a sis by the way - feel kinda strange being called a bro . I have posted similiar post on some of the Sql forums, waiting for feedback, however I have recieved few suggestions which I am hoping to apply and see how I get on with. Thanks for your input.
