HARGEISA (Somalilandsun) - The government of Somaliland is deeply grieved by the death of over 200 citizens of Turkey.
This was informed by the president of Somaliland Ahmed Mahmud Silanyo in a message of condolences released by presidential spokesperson Ahmed Suleiman Duhul in which the head of state said the people of Somaliland are firmly with their Turkish friends during this time of national grief.
The President Silanyo Message of Condolences read
"On My own behalf, that of the government and people of Somaliland I hereby extend heartfelt condolences to Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, government and people of Turkey following the death of 200 citizens occasioned by an accident at a coal mine"

Very nice to see . Its like looking back at my own family history as many of my family members served for The British and fought both in Africa ( Mad Mullah rebellion) and in other parts of the British Empire ( in British Burma) . At that time Somaliland and its people were a country with such good religious and tight kinship community that I hav no doubt it would have been very Stable if Mr Egal the PrimeMinister Of British Somaliland advice was followed and Somaliland continued as a Independent state instead of joining the The Criminal politics of SomaliAMoqadisho. Hopefully the Next 50 years will be better for Somaliland and its people then the last 50 years of being in a union with a people nd country with such different political culture and history.

Federalism working in Somalia. 2.Do you accept other Federal states equal to Puntland such as Galmudug, Ximan iyo Xeeb, Banadir state , Southwest (Baydoia) Jubba . 3 . Do you honesly think A free and fair one man one vote election would be possible in Moqadisho city of 2 million letalone other " Federal States" . 4 . What would be Puntland plan if Xassan only conduct mini election in Xamar and ignores Puntland as now .5 .
