    “And among His Signs is this, that He created for your mates from among yourselves, that you may dwell in tranquility with them, and He has put love and mercy between your (hearths). Verily in that are Signs for those who reflect.” (Qur’an 30:21)

    baaraka allaahu fiikum bro and sist's in Islam

    As we know allah w'll ask us the time and where we wasted...

    Knowing the importance of Islamic knowledge, it is imperative that we must spend time acquiring it. We must remember that one of the characteristics of a believer is love for the search of knowledge. Insha Allaah

  5. asalaama alaykum w.w

    -my bro & sis in islam, as we saw we always waste our time whith nothing....look around here, read every topic in here, subhana allaah.

    -To be successful, we have to manage our time wisely by making plans for virtuous deeds that please Allah the Almighty. We must spend time learning Islam (based on the Qur’an and the Sunnah and the right deductions from these two revealed scriptures).

    -Indeed, we displease Allah the Most High when we abuse time. We must remember that time must be spent to fulfill our very purpose in life ¾ that is to worship Allah I all throughout our lives. Our Creator I makes this very clear in the Qur’an when He I says:

    “I have created not the jinn and men except that they should worship Me (Alone). I seek not any provision from them nor do I ask that they should feed Me. Verily, Allâh is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, Most Strong.” (Athaariyaat:56-58)

    -We should refrain from wasting our time doing unnecessary things or activities that do not benefit us either in this world or in the Hereafter.

    -Verily, time is very important for our success both in this temporary world and the eternal world to come. If we waste time, if we abuse it, then we waste and abuse our lives. In the Life Hereafter we will be among the losers, who will suffer the torments in the Hell-Fire, if Allah I the Almighty will not forgive us. Therefore, if we really give value to our lives then, we must give due value to the importance of time.

    take good care

    wasalaama calaykum

  7. asalama alaykum all//

    SHTML-Lady this is important Question sis..let me share this.

    Allah said:-

    -Say to the believing men that they restrain their looks and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. And say to the believing women that they restrain their looks and guard their private parts. (24:31,32)..

    -On the matter of nudity the Holy Prophet of Islam, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, has unequivocally forbidden the exposure of one's private parts. He forbade males to show and look upon one another's genitals and also forbade women to look upon one another's private parts. (Kitab-ul-Hamam)

    Wallaahu A'alam

  9. The Prophet said:

    There are seven whom Allaah will shade in His Shade on the Day when there is no shade except His Shade:

    1-a just ruler;

    2-a youth who grew up in the worship of Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic;

    3-a man whose heart is attached to the mosques;

    4-two men who love each other for Allaah's sake, meeting for that and parting upon that;

    5-a man who is called by a woman of beauty and position [for illegal intercourse], but be says: 'I fear Allaah',

    6-a man who gives in charity and hides it, such that his left hand does not know what his right hand gives in charity;

    7-and a man who remembered Allaah in private and so his eyes shed tears.'

    Narrated by Abu Hurairah & collected in Saheeh al-Bukhari (english trans.) vol.1, p.356, no.629 & Saheeh Muslim (english trans.) vol.2, p.493, no.2248

  10. Assalamu Alaikum.

    Something to think about...

    -Funny how a $20 bill looks so big when you take it to Mosque, but so

    small when you take it to the market.

    -Funny how long it takes to do Zikr for an hour, but how quickly a team plays 60 minutes of basketball.

    -Funny how long a couple of hours spent at Mosque are, but how short

    they are when watching a movie.

    -Funny how we can't think of anything to say when we pray, but don't

    have difficulty thinking of things to talk about to a friend.

    -Funny how we get thrilled when a baseball game goes into extra

    innings, but we complain when a "Tarahvi" during Ramadhan is longer

    than the regular time.

    -Funny how hard it is to read a Para in the Quran, but how easy it is

    to read 100 pages of a best selling novel.

    -Funny how people want to get a front seat at any game or concert, but

    scramble to get a back row at mosque so that scramble out.

    -Funny how we need 2 or 3 weeks advance notice to fit a Mosque event

    into our schedule, but can adjust our schedule for other events at the

    last moment.

    -Funny how hard it is for people learn a simple Preaching well enough

    to tell others, but how simple it is for the same people to understand

    and repeat gossip.

    -Funny how we believe what the newspaper says, but question what the

    Quran says.

    -Funny how everyone wants to go to heaven provided they do not have to

    believe, or to think, or to say, or do anything.

    -Funny how you can send a thousand 'jokes' through e-mail and they spread like

    wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think

    twice about sharing.

    FUNNY, ISN'T IT? ;)

    Are you laughing? :D

    Are you thinking? :rolleyes:

    Spread the Word and give thanks to Allah for He is Good & Mercifull!
