    Safferz--- Felt the same way every time i visit that place... went to the "Somali Mall" a few times to purchase something for my mother.

    There is no "extra" reality, it is the reality. Once you get passed the noise & repetitiveness of your mind that serves no purpose most of the time, you become aware of the awareness, which essentially the real you... the consciousness devoid of egoism/unconsciousness/thoughts... stillness. Try this next time when you are talking to yourself, why is there two of you, who is the "I" witnessing the thoughts?
