Last year it was all about Somalia's sovereignty, reconciliation and the passing of a draft constitution before it could be debated/reviewed. This year its all about Madoobe who is backed by Kenya on something that is divisive for Somalis based on a weak constitution the government is now using to oppose the whole thing!
