    Gediid, I've made one at yahoo also. I believe you're right, yahoo would be better, I just assumed every one would have a hotmail account. In any case every one can get one, all it takes is a couple of minutes. I think we should get the ball rolling. I must add, all of these projects can be achieved if we multi-task, and put effort into every sector that we need to develop. I like the feedback I've got so far. Even if it turns out to be 10 people I think we can make a difference.

     

    P.S. African, I didn't mean every one here on SomaliaOnline, I just meant the Somalilanders. I didn't mean to not be inclusive, but I thought it was best if we stopped the constant bickering with others and actually did something useful for our country.

    Ayoub, I thought Bari_Nomad was the only psychich who had the powers to see into our hearts, but you know even psychichs can get things wrong. Our dear friend MMA is so right on the mark about his accusations of entire people that he can swear on Allah. If that is not sick, and if we don't distance ourselves from that, if we even look like we are condoning it, and are more disgusted at how we characterize such an individual, then may the Almighty help us all.

    BTW, I don't insult people on this board. Its not my habbit, but if calling a spade a spade is tantamount to giving insults then I'm guilty as charged. I'm not shy when I'm wrong, infact I've given apologies where they were due. smile.gif

    He simply generalized enough people, not only insulting me directly, but a lot of people in the process. If having views like that is not sick I don't know what is. Infact I only said he has a sick heart, he on the other hand will swear to the ALMIGHTY if you look at the bold part that we are BLINDED BY QABIIL.

     

    Call me a maverick or a young buck, but I know the rules of engagement. :D:D:D

    Actually they do say that. Its a legitimate question. If you are able to take in refugees that is well and good. If however, you yourself have nothing why on earth would you take refugees from Europe that have a better standard of living and bringing them back to Africa, where not only they but the ones who are already there will have to compete for the little that is out there. Maybe if you watched videos of the people that beg in the streets you would understand more hungry mouths is not the solution. By the way, I'm not speaking about the deportees as foreigners, but people that the local population cannot absorb because due to lack of resources. If there were recourses, I'd be the first one to say, all the Somali people around the world, including me, you, those in NFD, Jabuuti, anywhere to live in Somaliland. Unfortunately, at the moment Somaliland is not a place with abundant resources. Don't twist my words.

    Casey from what I gathered those who are from Somaliland who believe in a country called Somaliland are TRIBALISTS. Those who are from Somaliland but believe in Pan-Somalism and Greater Somalia are normal people. Hope that helps, because I don't see any where tribe was mentioned except for MMA- and his sick heart :D:D:D:D:D:D

    Sister, Somaliweyn is only for Somalis. To me something that is only for a specific ethnicity is dead wrong. There is no such thing as a stepping stone. Either you declare a Muslim country for all muslims, including all those in east africa, or you forget about bringing Islam into the concept of Somaliweyn. It is a mistake to equate Somaliweyn to Islamic principles. Islam teaches that we unite. If that unity is missing, what is the difference between one nationalist state, vs another? Why can't Somaliland wait for that Unity Somaliweyn will wait with the rest of the world? I think its a sliperry slope to even bring Islam to Somali Politics, because Somali politics reeks... you will only be dragging Islam through the mud.

    Hibo, I read this post over and over again, I don't see anywhere you were told to be quiet. You asked a question why don't they get a passport. You were told they already have one. I thought that was the end of that. FYI, no country recognizes Somaliland, even Ethiopia, however that doesn't stop the international community to allow memembers of the Somaliland Goverment to travel on the Somaliland Passport. If you are not trying to just create a scene, I beleive your question was answered by the second post. Good luck, and by all means have your say.
