  1. Oodwayne I agree with you that the government in Mogadishu has a case if they have a legal issue on their side and in their favour. The men behind Kismayo initiative are equally using the legal process and proclaim to be within their legal right to form a regional administration locally. If the government has a legal case to counter this argument then it should be through that avenue and both sides amass their lawyers to resolve this issue. However, far from that the government has been taking inconsistent measure against Jubbaland without proper consideration to the legality of their actions, from accepting it to turning their back on it and now calling to name an interim admin.

Its a mess what the government has done so far.

  2. Mintid, why did you pick that and forget to qoute the most important that has been the big disagreement about so far: sidii maamul rasmi ah loogu soo dhisi lahaa Jubooyinka , the operative word = rasmi and not kumeel gaar.

  3. ^They cannot play around with the constitution, that will be matters greater than Jubbaland issue and will wake up the sleeping giant in the room that's Puntland. Faroole made it clear and demanded Culusow's to tone down his anti-federalism rhetoric which he fully adherehed to and also made Saacid to sign a whole new and different document in Garowe.

    Mintid,

He knows what your are asking and he knows that the speaker is dead set against it for obvious clannish reasons since his "D&M" folks will be adversely affected.

Furthermore Xiinfaniin knows that there is no enough MPs in the parliament to support this highway constitutional thievery if matters gets to the federal parliament.

Hence why he is hoping that things could be cobbled together outside of that legal means and within the "D-Block" clannish arrangements without troubling the proper parliamentary channels back at the national capital.

But when it comes to Jubbaland its the D-blocks that run the show and only them can stop it. That's why the government's eyes were dead set of using Gedo folks to stop it. It can only be them or the ONLF or Puntlanders clans that can stop it if they oppose it but if all of them agree on it there is nothing that Unuka or D&M can do about it.

  5. The speaker is irrelevant in here, and even Hassan Culosow does not have the balls to air his position regarding Kismayo publicly. This is a Jubbaland issue, only Saacid as the sitting PM and a D-block man matters and that's why they are using him.

Both Jawari and Culusow are quiet and will remain silent for as long as they are orchestrating their sinister hidden agenda against Jubbaland. If they speak up it will only complicate matters for them and ruin their agenda. When are you going to learn the clanish politiking of Somalia?

  6. Wuxu ma armed robbery-baa mase waa armed confrontation, if it was an armed 'robbery', robbery being the operative word, then that's not a big deal as robbery happens all over the world.

Of course Bosaaso is full of rich businessmen a city bustling and booming market with millions and multi-millions dollar in operations and as such it will attract few robbers like any major city in the world.

Why is everyone attacking puntland for suggesting the government go through agreements it already made?

What is more surprising is that they complain about Puntland when they have the top government positions yet even funnily they keep complaining when they have none. Remember how they cried about Yey (who actually was right about everything including the Ethiopian forces and Alshabaab), how they complained about Ina Abdi Rashid who was actually a simple and maskiin guy I remember Oday Unuka ah qaylinaayo with waar naka kaxeesta ninkaaan :D but also Abdi Wali they complained and cried so much loolz but the funny thing is the cries don't stop even when Puntlanders has no significant position in the wider context of Somalia. I'm looking forward to see how load and bizarre the cries will get when a Puntlander gets back to the top position as they surely will in the near future sometime in the next few years.

Somalidu need to learn how live with each other and accept the reality.

  8. Ethiopian troops soo kuwii lanecbaa ee marki ay usoo galeen wadanka inay ladagaalaan Ashabaab iyo aragagixsada lalahaa hanaga baxaan ma ahan. Now it has taken totally a different angle, its Ethiopian troops that are threatening to leave Somalia all the while lagu baryaayo inay joogaan.

Its amazing how things have changed and people have succumbed to reality in short a time.

  9. ^Ethiopia is very delicate state waryaa. Any African state has the potential to explode within few months should there be any kind of resistance, armed rebellion or civil disobedience no matter how strong or well governed it was before and Ethiopia is no different.

Zenawi was the main man, the magician and the brain behind Ethiopia and the TPLF domination now that he's out of the way the cracks are appearing all over.

  10. You know what, I know sida ay secessionist kujeclaanayaan Jubbaland. Lets get Faroole and his clan to oppose the conference in Kismayo and amass trouble making militia in and around Kismayo and then markaas lets see how this board explodes into secessionsts screaming waa in ladhisaa Jubbaland.

  11. Welcome waryaa, is this the whole reason you joined the this board but I see you joined July of last year.

As for your dilemma, if its only a business idea then forget about it. But if you have the whole package together as in the business idea, the investment, the plan, the platform to work on and the links in Kenya then go for it.

Laakiin only business idea will not work, that place is called mother Africa, any person that you tell the idea will take and implement for himself given the have the capacity to do, you must have a leverage and there must be something else that makes you a valuable partner in the business besides coming up with the idea.
