I think it all boils down to the personality of your boss, regardless of their gender. With that been said, maybe I would prefer older male boss lol I dont mean a man in their 30s but i mean really old like in their 50s..they tend to be nice and a bit slow LOL.. salaam

^you are right that they dnt care too muchh about mixing, but then again islamically mixing is fine as long a you follow certain islamic guidelines. Everyone in the video seemed to be dressed decently...somalis usually encourage separate weddings so they can take off teh hijaab and dress up (the sad thing being that the wedding will be video taped and usually is video taped by a man lol..one thing I never understood)...with that been said, somalis back home are also like that like i never been back but two of my cousins who were born and raised in saudi arabia were taken back to our grandmother (their grandma and my grandma's sister that is)..and the granny said to the her son (that is my uncle) gabadhahan is uruurinaya ee dadka iska soocaya mesha ka keentay ku celi, given that they were raised to saudi arabia they just didn't wanna mix freely with the guys and clearly our ayeeyo was unhappy with that lool dhaqankeeda ma aheen...imagine that?! sis just read the Quran, u know how u say u see urself not crying anymore? thats what happens when ppl dnt read the Quran..cuz even me if i dnt read the Quran long time and then i grab the Quran even thou I personally understand teh Quran I would see myself not crying..bt the more and the more u read it qalbigaaga wuu jilcaya and u are gonna eventually cry..so the only solution out there is READING QURAN!!..Quran waxan aheen nolosheena ma badalayo.. Regardless of how many sins u committed Allah swt is merciful and he will forgive you if you repent sincerely.. The door of repentence will always be open while we are still alive..so repent and dnt look back..I remember reading somewhere..that the sheydan is the one who always reminds us of our sins and how great they are and that allah swt will not forgive us..marka sheydaanka iska naar forget your past and focus on everything u will do from today..
