    Its not ONLY african american men. Don't you think ur somalian "brothers" are after the same thing too. I don't think there is much of a difference between us and african americans especially in western countries, the only thing that differentiates us really is deen n culture(n not necessarily always).

    but the worsed part is that all over the wolrd we still got hate inside us, we seem to be 4getting that we r living as minoraties in the west, instead of sticking 2gether, we r stabbing each other.

     

    who is "we" don't generalize like that. Don't make excuses for a grown woman who was stupid enough to stab someone because of hair color that can be changed instantly. Instead of using henna the hair dresser shoulda used hair color! And didn't the woman notice that her hair was yellow at the salon?!

    shyhem...I think farax should just go straight up to xaliimo and say "can i get ur number" honest to god she will be so taken back she wont even say no

     

    If any ordinary somali guy came to me and said "can i get ur number" i would without hesitation say "no" On the other hand if he came up to me and started a conversation first n what have you.. then why not.. and if i wasn't interested then i would just say "i have a man" that always works

    I don't think i've ever been intimidated by a somali guy... (except type #3)

     

    However I am intimidated by:

     

    1) Serious guys- I'm talking about those who walk, talk, look serious

     

    2) Aggressive -&- intoxicated- not a good combination

     

    3) the religiously strict ones......

     

    I don't know walahi something about the religiously strict ones.. when i'm around them i lower me gaze n all, and only speak when its necessary..

    loool @ revenge... Well if her man cheated on her.. there must be something she ain't do rite. Maybe i'm wrong but if ur girl wants to make him feel like he made her feel.. den its simple play him too n leave. And if he doesn't care then it shows she shouldn't have been wit him from the start.

     

    Honestly the best thing is to just move on... her heart will heal inshallah.

    lol nice topic.. don't know how to answer it..A lot of ppl i know are like that friends, cousins, exs but its not only guys. I've seen plenty of girls like that too.

     

    Remember if you are going out with a guy and he starts in aas soo qaad qaado sex subject then drop him he surely doesn´t respect you if he is talking about fornification..

    What will happen to your Family if you weren't there?

     

    umm nothing! My family loves me im pretty sure.. but they'll survive without me because its not like I do anything for them, beside make them laugh. I would be greatly missed if I died (heaven forbid) But I'm just being honest, its not like a pay bills or anything. So everything would be the same if i wasn't there, except the house would be a lot quieter. Sometimes im not soo SIMPLE! :D
