After Awdal debacle Siilaanyo runs to Qoslaye to distract attention

what a shrewd guy. he planned this. for months Siilaanyo was playing hard to get and wasn't even acknowleging qoslaye's late night phone calls and all of a sudden he decided to be ready for talks to give him a little break from the distraction and change people's attention.
