There is no such thing as an ARAB DNA or Somali or African DNA , genetics doesn't work like that

E1B1C more than 40% of the Moroccon Arabs carry it also a huge portion of Somalis carry that haplogroup, also significant portion carries the T1 and T2 especially Highest frequencies among Somalilanders and Somalis from Ethiopia specially around jigjiga and diredawa. than there is J1 and J2 in many parts of the Middle east but its originates from Russia,It is not an Arab sub clade whats so ever because these Arabs have so many different haplogroups.

I am guessing these test involved the more so stable regions of Somalia i.e. Somaliland perhaps Puntland in which the south the more so diverse area was neglected. If that is the case, I would not guess for that test to be all so accurate.

I think among Somalis 7% carry the J1 or j2 haplogroup just reading the statistics and about 35% carries the T haplogroup high frequency among Somalilanders parts of the Somali galbeed region and Djibouti and other parts of southern Somalia and than the last portion carries the E1b1b1a about 42% of the Somalis carries that haplogroup, and about 16%carries E1b1a, high frequency among the Bantu Somalis and Boraama oromos assimilated into the Somali groups. So Somalis are not entirely homogeneous, when it comes to tracing back our ancestries. This is what i think before the rise of islam in the horn, we were different people but Islam really united Somalis , while they were different yet islam united the Somalis by culture religion and they slowly developed their own traditions and language.

Somalis are about 17 million the J1 is not an arab haplogroup , its also found in turkey and it originated from Russia and then Armenia , there is nothing to love arabs, , why would any one fixated with Arabs. And no one can exactly say what haplogroup is really the most found among Somalis , its just statistics and with the numbers we have. But these tests were not all done by Somalis, the Qabil theory is correct though some share the entire same sub clan while belonging to the same clan not sub clan very interesting
