They are from prosperous nations so they don't need to be Somali. They have already got good lives in their countries so don't need to look for "rights" in black Africa.

Next 15 yrs + the somali peninsula will be one of the richest places on earth in terms of the underground wealth so far known.There be all kind different somalis,it very much be a different nation far from it's been.

true,anyone who has 1% somali blood is somali by default...it's been like that thru millenia,part of somali culture and need no articles implemented.Constitution or no constitution they are somalis and coming in droves the coming decade.I rather have them run the wider somali race.
