PRESS RELEASE

9 November 2011

Somalia: Puntland Warns Somaliland to Stop Interfering among Clans

Somaliland security forces killed four civilians, wounded 13 others and stirred public unrest and displacement on 5th and 6th November 2011 in Erigavo district of Sanaag region.

It has become normal for Somaliland Administration to create hostilities among communities living together peacefully and to support a certain clan.

This is not the first time Somaliland Administration has behaved this way, as most recently demonstrated by fighting in Kalshale area near Buhodle district. It will not be tolerated that Somaliland Administration continues to stir clan hostilities.

We appeal to the brotherly communities of Erigavo district to be aware of those creating inter-community hostilities, and similarly the Puntland Government appeals to the communities to uphold the peace and stability.

Puntland Government appeals to the international community to rush to the assistance of displaced civilians in Erigavo district and urges necessary action against Somaliland officials involved in stirring and spreading hostilities in the region.

NGONGE

The guy that types these press releases for the PL government is (in my opinion) the hardest worker in the whole of the horn of africa. The only one that comes even close to challanging him is the guy that writes all those press releases for the SSC/NSUM. But that guy is in Europe somewhere and types it all in his bedroom. The PL guy is in the PL presidancy and is getting paid for his hard work.

Hail all hardworkers. Hip hip...

Thankful

A classic reason why NW Somalia is unable to attain any recognition.

It appears the world is quite aware of who dominates NW Somalia's regional government and that tension is growing because of the unjust system.

All these issue's seem to be coming out since Siilaanyo came to office!

SSC should reach out to Faroole if they don't want to get slaughtered again and again.

You, your clan and Faroole only know how to fight against it's own people (Reer Galgala, Reer Garsoor) and obviously, spread propaganda against Reer SSC (Only Propaganda, cause physically ya'll can't do shit). lol
