Accusations of the TFG Head Allocating Govt. Money to Overseas!

Recommended Posts

By John Wagle

Somalia (African Watch News)- The TFG government in Somalia was accused of commiting fraud by its head after recieving several millions for cash in the Islamic nations' conferrence in Saudi Arabia. Somali Warlords elected Mr. Yusuf who has a tarnished reputation within the Somalis after taking part of the civil unrest that has ravaged much of the country in the past 14 years.

Since the collapse of the former military regime, led by the late Gen. Barre, Somalia has experienced several administrations that failed immediately as they embarked to solve the deep ingrained tribal mysteries among Somalis.

Currently the TFG has splitted into two seriously opposing groups, prompting President Yusuf to stay out side the capitol of Mogadishu, while the other group led by the speaker of the parliement is positioned in Mogadishu.

International observers are detecting signs of failure in the way the TFG approaches the political differences within its 4.5 tribal structured adminstration. Western donor countries conditioned their support for the TFG in bridging the underlying gap between the two wings.

Regional experts from the United Nations are not hopeful in the way the TFG conducts itself in the political arena, and the fundamental lack of diplomatic skills with the bulk of its members, who hold their positions as a result of nepotism.

Its no shame to steal if you are a warlord. What other expectations should we have from people who proved themselves to the highest criminals in our society; high score killers!

Abdullahi Yuusuf is not only a warlord but a sure national treator who deserves all the possible villifications we know off. Its time to face the inevitable detriments he sawed for his political career!

N.O.R.F

Mr Rayaale can steal from a nation with a functioning govnt which will hold him accountable very soon (we all hope).

But stealing from a nation which your aiming to bring out of the ashes is very 'unpatriotic' Does it matter if this is happening on both sides? Does it make it ok for Mr Yusuf to steal? How has this gone done with our 'nationalists'? Will they speak out against 'adeero'?

Looks like another trip to Kenya by the end of 2006

Oh, dear, where have you been all my life?

Mr Rayaale can steal from a nation with a functioning govnt which will hold him accountable very soon (we all hope).

Whatever happened to collecting material and relevant data before somersaulting to conclusion! Easier, it is always, is it not? I know the new custom is to devour anything that comes one’s way mostly through the grapevine, valid or not, but how does one fail to spot the material discrepancy of the piece.

Sensational heading with no fillings - that is classic tabloid reporting ala the Sun!

Where is the source that becries foul?

Accusations of the TFG Head Allocating Govt. Money to Overseas!

Wonder why the claim of funds misappropriation to foreign accounts notable only in the heading, and there is not a single mention of it in its main body where one would have expected detailed stuffing like a well- parched turkey?

Is there any other valuable info to be taken from it? Perhaps the author just discovered the split amongst the TFG and felt the urge to enlighten us all. Big deal – a simple regurgitation of old news; yet, we have the likes of the ever so credulous Northerner farting all the way to the reservoir as if hatched the golden progeny.

Here is one, since we have adopted a new custom mode of “hear-believeâ€: funds received by TFG, aid or otherwise goes through UNDP and could only be disbursed at the request and by signature of the Prime Minister.

Tata,
