London, March 7. -- Two British officers, Maj. A.H. Tracy and Capt. R.P. Cobbold, start to-morrow for Adis Adeba, capital of Abyssinia, where they will act as advisers to the Abyssinian commander-in-chief, Ras Makonnen, in his approaching expedition against the Mad Mullah, who has been causing a disturbance in Northern Somaliland.
