Mogadishu (HOL) — Hormuud Telecom, Somalia’s largest telecommunications operator, has been re-certified by the GSMA Mobile Money Certification programme, a recognition that places its EVC Plus service among only ten mobile money platforms worldwide to meet international standards for safety and transparency.
