Minister of Education Chairs Meeting on Work Collaboration and Task Differentiation

The Ministry of Education held a significant meeting today at its conference hall to launch a new manual on work collaboration and task differentiation, aimed at aligning the ministry’s departments and offices with its restructured framework to enhance public service delivery.

The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Education, Prof. Ismail Duale Yusuf, who was joined by State Minister Mr. Mohamed Yusuf Ibrahim (Faacul) and Director General of Education, Mr. Abdirahman Hussein Hirsi.

During the session, officials Mubaarik Ibrahim Aar and Mukhtar Ahmed Umar, who developed the manual, presented its contents to directors and office heads, providing detailed insights into how it will guide the operations of various ministry departments and offices.

The meeting concluded with an open discussion, allowing participants to exchange questions and suggestions. A consensus was reached to formally implement the program, marking a step forward in streamlining the ministry’s operations for improved efficiency and service to the public.
