Puntland claims it uncovered ISIS treatment sites, business links in Somaliland

Garowe (HOL) — Puntland security forces have uncovered evidence indicating that wounded ISIS fighters received medical treatment at hospitals in Hargeisa, Somaliland and that several businesses supplied goods to the militant group, according to classified documents recovered from areas recently retaken from ISIS in the Cal Miskaat Mountains.
