Mogadishu (HOL) — Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed are set to meet in Ankara on Tuesday for the third round of talks to resolve escalating tensions over Ethiopia's controversial agreement with Somaliland.
