As Dude said only Ali Samater was the odd one out even him was brought up by old man named Haji Elmi from Jamaame so Pres. Barre trusted him. Ayoub Saladboy was a Deputy in the MoD as well. I really don't know his other have paid jobs. It was the culture of the Regime to give several titles to its ministers. E.g.
