Khayr Posted December 30, 2009 Salaamz, I just wanted to share this documentary with you. It is about the manufactoring of foods have changed our conusumption habits and changed the world around us. What is interesting to me, is that the emergence of the Organic Retailer? An oxymoron because the idea of being 'Organic' is counter Capitalism (for Profit and more expansion for more profit). In part 8 of 11, they show how smithfields organics aligns itself with Walmart (the Golaith of Manufactoring and Consumerism). Food Inc. documentary What are some of your thoughts?
