Kenya training a major boon, say Somalia’s South West state MPs

The six-day benchmarking tour in Kenya for 42 Members of Parliament from the South West state of Somalia ended today with the Special Representative of the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (SRCC) for Somalia, Ambassador Francisco Madeira, challenging the legislators to put into practice the knowledge gained.
