    I just had to show my city off to all of those

    none Minnesotans, Take your time this is a way

    Bush--Bush--Bush,

    What can i say,

    I sometimes don't know whether i should lough

    or feel pitty for him.

    I was Watching "Jay Leno" A late night show that

    is aired in the Americaz,

    Anyway he was quoting Bush from a meeting he had

    with the president of Brazil,

    This is how it went>

    As they were discussing issues, bush saw that the

    advisor to the president was black.

    and he Paused and whispered to the president

    And said"You have blacks here too".

    not knowing that brazil is the second largest

    country that blacks reside in.

    Brazilian president looked at him and smilled,

    and though that was a joke, but bush was serious,

    and demanded for a response,"Is there,ot is there not"?

    First and foremost, I'm thankful to allah

    the most merciful, the almighty.

    With out allahs will nothing is ever possible

    Secondly i wana thank Our prophet for showing us

    a way of life, so we can live better and know right from wrong.

    Third, i wana thank my parents for being my intellectual guide,

    for also showing me right from wrong.

    Fourth i wana thank all my blood brothers and sisters for always being there for me,

    cauze with out them life would complicated

    Fifth, my friends, thank ya'll for being there

    always through hard times and eazy onez too.

    Sixth,Teachers,all of my mentors, Much respect

    I won't let you down i do appreciate the effort

    you've given in me to make things simple.

    Las but not least,I wana thank somaliaonline, and

    bothered a brother is the"Attitude".

    I have to be real with ya,

    I can't stand Girls with attitude.

    If god made you that way, than we can make arrangements, not to get in each others way

    As I struggle in the west as good heart muslim man

    In doubt whether i can make it in this kuffur land

    Thoughts of evil come in to mind

    steady standin defeat the shatan

    I still feel time is wastin,

    fadin the dreams i'm chasin

    at home relations, got me stressed and pacin

    at times complacent, tryin to bubble with the words i'm lacin

    unscrupulous thoughts contradict what i live

    In the middle of confusion, mind abusin

    can't decide whether i'm winnin or losin

    if ya like me, then, ya grinnin or loosin

    Awoken to the facts, my peeps on my back' see

    tryin to hold it down but i'm stressed to the max-b

    quit the BS* but i had a relapse

    now i'm trapped, at least i tell myself that

    It's funny sometimes

    the dreams in my mind try to relieve the hard times

    but waitin in line reality is what i find

    Through life's road, i'm walkin through mud

    through it's air i'm caught in a web

    Now where am i supposed to go? I don't know

    just go with the flow and hope in time it will show

    While eighty-five percent are in grief & bliss

    i long for a kiss, questionable thoughts from a certified pessimist

    To be honest, Never exagerate love more than it is.

    Is sure is sad what has happen to Our senator.

    I'm remmembering back every single summer as we celabrate our indapendence day, he never missed it.As always i threw my vote in for Wellstone,

    But now come the real Question, Who can fill his shoes? Will the new democratic Candidate "Mondale" An ex-president do the job, as well as Wellstone?We'll see I'm gonna still go for Democratic....

    Finaly a spot you can write anything..

    Express and refrane thoughts of manything

    The flow that’s so addictive, its mixed with the asperin'

    sickness of a mind free of prisons,

    so just sit down and listen to exactly what i'm spitten

    whether it’s spoken or written my intentions are mostly liftin,

    how I can take a rhyme and twist it into the definition of a prism

    as I take time sittin, masterin my craft like an invention,

    hard at work thinkin, that sometimes I’m ahead of myself

    but the moment I take to rest, will I only regret that I’ll slowly regress and didn’t take efforts to better myself

    to produce what I know is my best, I can only

    expect, to have success when I’m calm, collected, and I’ve settled myself,

    so I write with pinpoint precision, like surgeons incisions, so absurd is my vision, I feel lonely on another level myself...
