Happening Now:- Once an MP hears his name called by the
2nd announcer, He/she line up, gets through the queue, get their ballot, head to
the back room, cast his/her ballot, come back to the front of the room, submit the bottom part of their ballot to the speaker, and tears the he top part so they can put it in the ballot box.Speaker stamps the bottom part and hands to the first announcer to announce it.(Wey Codeysay, wuu codeeye)
