Garowe - A historic meeting took place in Puntland when a delegation of Ambassadors and Embassy representatives from the European Union convened with high-ranking officials from the Puntland Government. At least one police officer was killed as a Kenyan police vehicle exploded on Friday when an unknown man hurled an explosive device believed to be a grenade in Nairobi's residential estate.
