  2. Hey homie that's not beef you're eating thats thats....... "A popular Asian/Chinese restaurant bistro here in Atlanta was closed down this morning after authorities received a tip that the owner was accepting shipments of rats and mice from a vendor to prepare in his dishes. The owner and his wife were arrested early this morning and charges are not known at this time. After a full search of the kitchen, authorities found, packaged rats, mice, kittens, puppies and a large frozen hawk. The restaurant is a popular gathering spot for local celebrities such as Whitney Houston and husband Bobby Brown, Jermaine Dupree, Janet Jackson, Usher, Monica, Puffy, TI, Ludacris, Lil Jon, Toni Braxton, TLC and others. The restaurant has locations off Peachtree Road and Alpharetta near North Pointe Mall"

Lakers will probably make it to the postseason..who knows, right now things are not going for their way. Kobe being out and all but they are still playing good ball without him to my surprise, they still have solid squad They had no choice but to trade Shaq..I don't think it was their choice to keep him, and gary payton well/hell he was a thing from the past..all grey and wrinkled up ps. Suns are not going anywhere, don't be fooled by their record, they are pontential first round knock out just watch..Steve Nash is probably the uglies Point guard I have ever seen..his style is just blahh..his shooting form is ehhh..he has no control of the ball what so ever..you all should check out his turnover ratio is disgusting...

  9. Originally posted by Hanaan: AJ, Brother you are renting the portion of the house which does not belong to you. They have a right to receive rent on their portion considering that you are living in it. e.g. Say you bought a house for $100,000, paid 10,000 upfront. Also, the market value of rent in your area is 100 per wk. You would be paying 90 per week considering that you own 10% of the house and hence do not need to pay rent on your portion. If in a years time for example you paid off another 10,000, this would mean that you own 20% of the house and they 80% which you have to pay rent on, and hence your rent drops to $80. If in another 6 months time you came across great fortune and were able to pay another 30,000 towards the house, this would mean that you would have only 50,000 left to pay, hence you own 50% and the bank 50% of the house. Therefore, the rent drops down to only $50 a week. Hope that it makes sense. But I’m with Jacaylbaro on this one, why don’t you consider buying one in Somalia? That is your land after all. Yeah..that makes some sense

  16. Toronto Really won this deal, forget ZO (his also washed up) but to get Aarron and Eric Williams and 2 future first round picks is BIG no matter how you look at it, The New Jersey Nets and Toronto Raptors are awaiting league approval of a trade that would send Vince Carter to the Nets, according to several league sources. The Raptors would acquire Alonzo Mourning, Eric Williams, Aaron Williams and two first-round draft picks in exchange for Carter. The trade cannot be announced until the NBA approves it for salary-cap purposes, which could happen before the end of the day. All trades must be approved by the league office and players must pass physicals before they can become official. Carter is currently on the injured list with a strained left Achilles' tendon suffered last Friday and will miss at least five games. If the trade goes through, it would be the most serious indication yet that the Nets want to keep Jason Kidd and are willing to build a championship contender around him. After the offseason trades of Kenyon Martin and Kerry Kittles, Kidd expressed his displeasure with the direction the Nets were taking. However, with Carter on board, the Nets have a shot at moving back into contention. According to one source, Kidd was briefed on the trade and thinks Carter will be a strong addition to the team. The two first-round picks the Raptors are to receive in the trade were obtained by the Nets from Denver in the Martin trade. One of the picks, which was Denver's 2005 first-rounder, is protected if it is one of the first three picks in the '05 lottery. The other, which Denver obtained from Philadelphia before trading it to the Nets, is protected if it is one of the first eight picks in the '05 lottery and one of the first five picks in the '06 lottery. A backcourt of Kidd, Carter and Richard Jefferson is a highlight reel waiting to happen. However, the Nets will be very thin up front. After the trade, the Nets would have just Jason Collins, Brian Scalabrine and rookie Nenad Kristic to play on the front line. The move has more interesting implications for the Raptors. Both Williamses are the type of players that coach Sam Mitchell is after. They are tough, blue collar guys who will play their hearts out. Mourning gives them some size at the five that they desperately need. However, it will be interesting to see how Mourning reacts to the trade. He's been asking out of New Jersey all season because he wants to play for a contender. Whatever you think about this trade for Toronto, it's tough to say that it turns them into a playoff-caliber team. Instead, the Raptors are trying to surround their star young player, Chris Bosh, with solid, veteran players who play the right way. The two first-round picks should help them rebuild. You are rambling yourself by making a statement such as the one above without facts. U might need to look in the mirror real hard next time. It might not be fair for artest to get a lengthy suspension such as he got, but he deserved every bit of what came after that outburst. In truth, the man did what any bloody person in their right mind would do had they been in his situation. The man isn't an average joe, he is a professional sports figure, whether he knows it or not, and he has to act in a professional manner or else deal with the consequences. He asked for time off, and he got an entire season, fair trade if you ask me. My issue is with the 25 game suspension against jermaine O'neil, I didn't think that was fair at all. I also didn't agree with B. Wallace's 6 game suspension. On one hand anthony johnson got 5 game suspension knowing full well that he didn't do as much damage as B. Wallace and yet only a game separates the two.(not very logical @all) I can certainly understand the role the media played in these lengthy suspensions, but nevertheless it was a fair call aside from the two errors made with O'neil & A. Johnson. With that being said, how about them phoenix Suns?? What are you talking about ? back my opinonated answer with facts? that doesn't make any sense..we're both talking about what we thought about the situation.. what facts?? I honestly think you know jack shlt about basketball..you just watch it for Iverson lol , keep it real isn't that the truth? And everybody knows artest didn't deserve that that entire year suspension even David admited it, they just gaved him that because of his past , if this was any other players he would have played another game this year.
