  2. Somalia: Puntland says a group of MPs is attempting to bring a motion against Somalia Prime Minister GAROWE (RBC) A statement from the president of Somalia’s semi-autonomous region of Puntland Abdirahman Mohamed Faroole said a group of MPs is attempting to bring a motion against Somalia Prime Minister Abdi Farah Shirdon, a move to renew political infighting which the former governments in Somalia were notorious for, RBC Radio reports.“Puntland Government warns strongly against the renewal of political infighting amongst the Federal Institutions of Somalia, as a group of MPs is attempting to bring a motion against Somali Prime Minister H.E. Abdi Farah Shirdon after only seven months in public office.” the statement dated on 12th May, 2013 said.“This attempt wastes time, resources, and the joint efforts Somali stakeholders and international partners invested in bringing forth the new Federal Institutions of Somalia.” the statement added. The president of Puntland also in his statement urged the Federal Institutions of Somalia to focus on primary national tasks, such as managing the monetary crisis in the country, resolving the issue of tampering with the Provisional Federal Constitution, working diligently to strengthen law and order in war-affected areas, and supporting for the formation of the remaining Federated States. The statement came days after local clans protested against the nomination of the new chiefs of the police and the national security agency. 4. I am a taxpayer just like the Anglo Saxon people, so I am concerned where my tax goes.
  5. There is difference between the patriotic Laas Canood Somaliland residents and Khaatumo Seeg holed up in Taleex village. The big stick will sometimes be used against the latter.

  8. HARD-UP taxpayers are footing the bill for an African leader’s five-star London trip, we can reveal. Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud enjoyed business-class flights, a chauffeur-driven car and rooms at the posh Dorchester hotel — at UK expense. Five of his ministers and 14 flunkeys were flown to Britain and put up to attend a conference which saw millions more in aid handed to the war-torn country. Somalia Prez’s luxury trip at your expense £50k for London jaunt PM David Cameron joined other nations to back a £50million pot for Somalia at the gathering in Lancaster House last week. Britain already provides £80million a year in aid. President Mohamud, 57, and his entourage had four nights at the Dorchester — where rooms start at £318 a night and the most expensive suite at £9,318 a night. If the delegation stayed in the cheapest rooms, the hotel bill would have hit £25,440. Air fares are another £24,158. And a chauffeur-driven limo costs £400 a day — making the estimated bill at least £50,798. The Taxpayers’ Alliance said: “It’s ridiculous.” The Foreign Office refused to reveal the cost but said the conference was “vital”.

  10. You know that is not true. If you consider Hassan Sheikh Mohamed your president, he can't even set foot in Laas Canood, while Hon President is welcomed by his patriotic residents of Laas Canood. Alasow can't come to Sool wa inu ka amar qata Siilaanyo. Somaliland: President in historic visit to Las Anod http://somalilandpress.com/somaliland-president-in-historic-visit-to-las-anod-24054

  13. Bushes or no bushes the city is controlled by Somaliland and large segments of it are happy with it. In that respect they are part of Somaliland and their president is Hon Siilaanyo. Patriotic Laas Canood residents welcoming their president.
  14. Ceel Laheley School, Xudun district, Sool 11 km outside Bohol.
  15. Who is we? Last I checked the largest city in Sool Laas Canood is part of Somaliland, where the Somaliland flag flies proudly. Speak for your village.
  16. It would be boring if all SOL Slander used the same tactics to draw them closer. Some have to use the carrot policy, while someone has to carry the big stick. But I understand what you mean, anything causing division should be avoided, minimized in the case of the wider Slnd community.
  17. From the little Somali he typed in this topic it doesn't look like he went to a Somali school.
  18. AfricaOwn It is the contrary. As my location says I am also from the east in particular Sool and Sanaag. It is more of a local exchanges and tough love.
  19. Did I touch a nerve? I couldn't really care about a block, my stance is Somaliland the nation comes first.I don't need to hide behind Somalia flag for clannish agendas like certain folks ; ) . Saying triangle won't free eastern Sool. Last I checked Ceerigaabo the capital of Sanaag region is in the far east and owned by us.
  20. You as in the eastern Sool community. Clearly the rest of the block doesn't care about your struggles they are too busy trying to fend off Culosow.
  21. Che-Guevara I am surprised you can write Somali , you still got a lot of work to do though. How is this negative? It is pure comedy, an occupied man (Iley) trying to play Ethiopian Tigray vs Amhara or Tigray vs Oromo politics.
