  1. ^^ Hodgons used the same excuses about Rafa (hand tied behind his back). Dalglish used the same excuse about Hodgson and talked about his team taking shape. Now Rodgers is using the same old excuse. As for dominating teams, Dalglish's boys dominated teams and created endless chances in almost all the games they played last season. He still got the sack in the end. Rodgers is not doing ANYTHING different here. RDM subbing Torres is a tactical thing not a player contribution thing. Or else he wouldn't play him to start with. Wax fahan.
  2. ^^ Yaa caytamay, ya ximaar?
  3. ^^ Didn't know you celebrated Diwali warya! (give up on football).
  4. Ibti, Juxa is kind hearted dee. She didn't want to shock you with words such as "waad madoobatay" or "MY GOD! You lost lots of weight", etc. Morning all.
  5. Obama supports this type of marraige.
  6. ^^ Already done it on the Jubba Project thread.
  7. ^^ I knew a khat addict that used to make a point of finishing his chewing sessions just before the schools open. He would then go for a walk in his local area and spend the next hour targeting local single mothers (it never worked).
  8. ^^ I have a feeling this picture will be used again and again and again. I already beat you to it.

President Hassan has realized that this project is deeply popular with the locals , and no one can demagogue to get in the way of the genuine desires of Kismayo people. The news I am getting today is better than the one I had received few days ago . Professor Abtigiis , could you validate the good news ? That the president is now supportive of the Jubba initiative? And that my big foot brothers are on their way to claim the throne of Kismayo (this one is a joke waryaaya)? Are you saying the president was in deep water and got himself out? (oh thank you Oba) :D
  10. ^^ It IS other people's fault. The man makes the runs but never gets the ball. He then has to drop deep and take part in the build up which leaves him too far away from the goal as to cancel any chance of him scoring. He has done both these things in the Liverpool game. However, Torres comes to his own when the team plays on the counter attack or when the ball is put infront of him for him to run into space. By the way, he did not lose any of his initial speed. There was a moment in the Liverpool game when he got the ball in the centre circle and glided past two LFC players in the blink of an eye (he ended up going nowhere after that though). Norf, It is still the same stuff though. The man sold/loaned all his strikers and left himself with kids. His teams insist on keeping the ball and doing nothing with it. He relies on only one striker and talks lots of rubbish. War Hodgson was better. Heh.
  11. ^^ I am with you on this. But then again, I never ever claim to be a Somali nationalist.
  12. Can you make your knee touch your tummy warya? Naga daa dee.
  13. ^^ Even on a bad day, Torres gives Chelsea much more than Sturridge on a good day, saaxib. Bahasha barta ya naas. One is world class and the other is just another selfish, technically-awful English player.
  14. ^^ Morning duqa. Same old, same old. Raheema is joining a gym and Jb wants to do Yoga. Also, Apo finally saw the light and now believes in Karma. p.s. Apo, I'm glad you remembered. I've been watching.

  16. ^^ The qualifying age for anyone to call me old is anything under 25. Are you under 25 warya?
  17. ^^ He's asking you dee. I suspect he already knows what it means. But what does it mean to someone with an..err..empty parking space?
  18. ^^ Embarrassment is one of the most powerful discipline tools a parent can have. I can't recall the number of times I burst into song in public to stop them from misbehaving in a shopping mall or the street ("I kissed a girl and I liked it" is a personal favorite).
  19. ^^ Actually, Che's "lawyer" turns have more life in them than the Shabab excuses. I mean there are some truths to that constitution argument he's been peddling.
  20. ^^ Where is the fun in that? (morning). Rahima, the younger two are still at the stage where they want you to walk them inside the school and do all the hugs and other nonsense but the eldest does not want to be seen anywhere public with me (not that I ever oblige of course).
  21. ^^ A gym buddy? A personal trainer? The kids will never let me live it down. They already tell me that "old people" should not have friends.
  22. ^^ Heh. Very good reasons there. I've been thinking about doing the same thing for exactly the same reasons but I'm very lazy.
