The Istanbul Conference will be a pain and the implementation of the Garowe accord are all coming in the next six months. Get the old man as much aspirin as possible.. Did you not read the article I posted the other day? The Turks believe the TFG must approach Somaliland and try to talk to them. Istanbul is already telling you to beg, adeer. Wax fahan.
  2. Xaaji Xunjuf;797780 wrote: ^^ Dee Saado cali ba hees cusub qaadi doonta:D Horta Ms Cali hala daayo. I have seen lots of Somalilanders making comments about her in public forums and I don't think it's fair, saaxib. She's a person who loves her people (and clan) and wants the best for them. If she makes songs about it we shouldn't really shove her right in the middle of the political discussion or badmouth her for it (ileen, tomorrow, Somaliland ayaay o heesi doonta). The ones to make fun of (and rightly so) are the three presidents and the needles wasiiro.
  3. wuxuuna wasiirku ugu baaqay masuulyiinta ka socda maamulka faroole inay ka waantoobaan waxyaaha ay saxaafada ka sheegayaan hadii kale ay talaabo cad ka qaadi doonaan Wonder what sort of "talaabo cad" he can take against media comments? Will he switch his radio off?
  4. ^^ That's the extent of your logical deductions? A map? The next six months are going to cause lots of heart attacks, I tell you.
  5. You insist on having egg on your face, Duke. I can't help you anymore. Enjoy.
  6. ^^ One that Redknap tried to buy, Cammoli & Dalglish bought and Capello picked for England. Yeah, yeah. I told you that Lucas has the potential to be as important as Alonso and I stand by that claim. You said that he was RUBBISH and only knew sideway passes (you would not even admit it now). War bahasha baro dee. p.s. Talking about great liverpool strikers, did you hear about Fowler's move to Blackpool?
  7. ^^ No they will not be asked. Somaliland will speak for them. Wax fahan.
  8. ^^ See what I mean? You watch football with your heart and make your mind up about players no matter how good they later become. We're back t othe Lucas argument. War Carroll's movement is good (in the air and on the ground). His first touch is good. His link up play is good and his overall contribution to the team is good. Of course, his confidence has not been that good but, like I just told you, ever since the United game he has become great and it is showing in his game. Still, I know it's a waste of time to try to convince you. Like Lucas, I'll wait for the British media to hail Carroll and then watch you change your mind and say he's good, again.

So who will we sit with? Surely you don's believe the SNM constitutes all of what was British Somaliland? Awdal was created in a Toronto wedding party hall. They can shout all they like, they have no real voice where it matters. Khaatumo has three presidents yet the professor still talks for them and, even worse, they have that clown Osman whateverhis name as their public relations spokesperson (). The idea of that state, in its current form at least, was still born. They'll be back in the fold. The rest are your hopes and wishes. British Somaliland is the one you'll have to sit and beg, adeer. Now listen to me and start softening your stance and begging in a 'reer magaal' way before it's too late.
  10. General Duke;797734 wrote: Did you miss the part where he said that " this is the first time all the Presidents of Somalia regions are in the same meeting" i.e the SOMALIA meeting. Did you miss the part when Dave repeated again and again that he supported the Garowe 1 & 2 outcomes? Let me clarify what that means, it means building a new government based on the old 18 regions of Somalia, which includes what you claim to be your homeland.. All those lines became null and void the minute they inserted article 6 in the communique, adeer. Stop being stubborn and listen to me dee. I like you and don't want you to have egg on your face when the time for talking comes.
  11. ^^ You go with trends, saaxib. Spearing is a good player but not really that good. Hendo is a very very good player who is still finding his way. Carroll is better than both. In addition, stop talking rubbish and watch the games without prior judgments. Carroll (even since the United game in the FA cup) has been getting better and better. If only the midfielders improve their decision making, the boy will take the league by storm. Watch his movements, adeer, WATCH!
  12. General Duke;797729 wrote: I am a unionist and would like all of Somalia to be united. Its just laughable that secessionists like yourself are talking about nonsense like a single line, while ignoring truths on the ground... The truth on the ground? :D (today or twenty years ago?). p.s. Now that the distinction has been made and a line has been drawn between the two sides (Somalia & Somaliland), where does that leave PL, saaxib? I mean the option (or was it threat) of secession is no longer open to the Imam, what is he going to do?
  13. ^^ You want Spearing to play and don't want Carroll? War bahasha baro dee, wale waan kugo daalay! Carroll is getting better and better everyday.
  14. ^^ True. He opened an embassy in Mogadishu but it has nothing to do with SL (as he confirmed during the Somalia debate in parliment). The clarification is clear. You and whatever replaces the TFG are on one side and SL is on another. Whatever talks take place, are going to follow this formula (two governments sitting on opposite sides and talking). Your old nonsense about SL being part of Somalia and having to adhere to whatever new fool is in charge are dead and gone, adeer. Now change the record and start begging before it's too late.
  15. ^^ I expect a draw too. However, with this being our first game after winning the cup and with the crowd buzzing, I'll allow myself some optimisim and say that we'll win this game. (Arsenal's win one, lose win habit may just repeat itself here).
  16. General Duke;797705 wrote: Indeed for you it must be a victory, if you are mentioned in a single. After all this was a communique that was put together in London, the holiest of holly Cities for Somalia secessionists. In the real world you were forced by your handlers to attend a Somalia meeting in order to make Dave happy. Dave did a good job and did not break any of his promises. War hada don't be like Xiin and listen to me when I advise you to change your tactics. The world did, now it's your turn.
  17. ^^ Stoic, Malika, FB & CL will insisit it is. The rest will not.
  18. ^^ Agree. Somaliland was not relevent that they only mentioned it in one line of the final communique. but, OH, what a line it was!
  19. ^^ It's at home, saaxib. You already know what our results at home are like.
  20. ^^ There are two masjids within walking distance from my workplace, saaxib (four if I take a short bus ride). It's more to do with being able to leave than distance. Heh@I like you..hada ma aniga ku neceb? Lakin aniga ha ii sheegin dee..Juxa o sheeg (she's the first lawyer I've ever seen who consideres the word 'sorry' acceptable).
  21. ^^ Duke, be a pioneer adeer and don't limit yourself like your compatriots. There is a new reality in town. The London conference confirmed it and told your lot that you will have to sit with Somaliland to clarify our future relationship. The stories of the past and stubborn arguments have no place here any more. You want one Somalia? Beg, adeer, beg.
  22. ^^ "Sorry" would mean in aan khalad sameeyaay oo way ii qornaanaysaa. Dee khalad maan sameen oo danbiga ma qaadanayo anigo "misunderstanding-ka" fasiri kara. Xaasidnimada jooji oo wadadka ha igu dirin dee (xamaasada yaanay hadana la tegin).
  23. ^^ It's a "wet dream" indeed. Funny how we get to enjoy the dream and you're only left with the "wettness". Somalia, it's ancient history, adeer. How do you feel about Xaaji X singing the Somali national anthem? I have it on good authority (as in: waxa la yedhi) that tears used to well up in his eyes as he puffed up his chest and sang it.
  24. ^^ http://www.redsea-online.com/index.php Best place for most of the stuff you're after.
  25. He already made history, adeer. Waxba lama socotid ileen.
