Glad International footy is out of the way, back to the real stuff! You wonder why AT&T regards Malouda as one of his best players, he truly showed that against Stoke. Stoke did well to keep us out for so long and an injury time winner must have been hard for them to take, but we threw everything at them and never stopped trying and it paid of. Drogba's finish was fantastic but Lampard's turn and pass was simply world class. Chelsea looks a real force this season and it will take a better, quality team to beat us. So far we haven't played the big guns yet but they are in fear. Arsenal's worst day in business, LOL twice beaten in the town of Manchester. Kolo toure knew this was silly, tried to help out Disgraceful twat a.k.a Ade, definite deliberate stamp on Van Persie's face ,He was badly caught on camera, FA are looking into it thou. At least in the second half I felt that Arsenal were cutting through the City defense quite easily. It was an unfortunate set back falling behind a second time, but I was surprised to see the team going so hard at finding an equalizer. Of course, throwing everything at the opposition meant exposing the back and City were really effective taking advantage of this, full credit to them. Apart from the counter-attacks, though, I did not feel too threatened and think that had Arsenal scored one before their second they could've scored lots more, but this time that wasn't to happen. poor wenger this must hurt. SWP's last goal was super. PS: Ade or Cashley? who do u gooners hate more? Norf & nuune: Yossi that crazy little Mexican is awesome. I thought Rafa should push Gerrard back along side mascherano and use Yossi just behind Torres at least until Aquilani is fit. Burnley were awful.

I cannot believe a nation with players as talented as Argentina is in danger of missing out on the World Cup. There is so many questions to be asked: Why oh why didn't Aguero start? Argentina played better when he came on, Tevez has not been playing too well recently for Argentina. They miss a Cambiasso in midfield, him and Mascherano would compliment each other brilliantly, doing the dirty work shielding the defense while the others just bomb forward and attack. Felt sorry for Messi and Zanetti as both tried their hearts out. I also wondered why wasn't Sergio Romero in goal either? he has been brilliant for AZ Alkmaar recently. What could be interesting is if Argentina finish 5th in COMNEBOL and Mexico finish 4th in CONCACAF. What a play-off game that could turn out to be. Brazil looked really good, which is why they'll probably flop at the World Cup,They only win the World Cup when they go in unfancied and on a poor run of form. Brilliant goal by Fabiano too, took it very well.

Yes nuune, just when we thought we got it together this season. but you have Lucas (midfield defense), United have to play Fletcher, Arsenal play loads of talented kids...Chelsea have the deepest squad in the country...easily. 18 months isn't going to make a major difference to the age of the side. It won't affect them this season but it'll be a blow if they can't sign anyone next summer, if only to freshen the squad up. I'd imagine it may well be reduced on appeal but its come a bit out of the blue. Chelsea Current Squad 1 Petr Cech (G) 2 Branislav Ivanovic (D) 3 Ashley Cole (D) 5 Michael Essien (M) 6 Ricardo Carvalho (D) 8 Frank Lampard (M) 10 Joe Cole (M) 11 Didier Drogba (F) 12 John Obi Mikel (M) 13 Michael Ballack (M) 14 Claudio Pizarro (F) 15 Florent Malouda (M) 17 Jose Bosingwa (D) 18 Yuri Zhirkov (M) 19 Paulo Ferreira (D) 20 Deco (M) 21 Salomon Kalou (F) 22 Ross Turnbull (G) 23 Daniel Sturridge (F) 26 John Terry (D) 33 Alex (D) 35 Juliano Belletti (D) 39 Nicolas Anelka (F) 40 Hilario (G) 41 Sam Hutchinson (D) Gael Kakuta (F) Carl Magney (D) Carlos De Silva Mineiro (M) Slobodan Rajkovic (D) Miroslav Stoch (M) Rhys Taylor (G) Gokhan Tore (M) Michael Woods (M) Loaned players Liam Bridcutt (M) to Stockport Jacob Mellis (M) to Southampton Tom Taiwo (M) to Carlisle Patrick Van Aanholt (D) to Coventry Scott Sinclair (F) to Wigan Jack Cork (M) to Coventry Ryan Bertrand (D) to Reading Shaun Cummings (D) to West Brom Franco Di Santo (F) to Blackburn Michael Mancienne (D) to Wolves Lee Sawyer (M) to Southend

^ AW has had every opportunity (especially this year given the funds received from Adebayor and Toure) to strengthen his squad. He has not and repeatedly told the Arsenal faithful that he has a squad strong enough to win the title. He has to deliver - there are no more excuses left.

Abraar, You would've instead name the thread "Question for brother NUR" rather the long intimate name thread. PS: How did you forget?
