I'm over the mooooooooooon You know I'm such fish, when I got my grades in September or Nov, I checked the first day and then forgot about it. Anyway today I went to see my old tutor about a conference I have to do in the summer, and he says "Ibtisam, you must have been really happy with getting a distinction, you heard what happened right?" So I look at him funny thinking he's already forgotten about me and say, erm I did not get a distinction, I got a Merit. Anyway to cut a long story short, the marks were provisional when I checked them and when it went to the examining board, the external examiner thought my thesis was a distinction and they agreed with him. So after all that I got a distinction for my thesis. AAh, now I don’t feel bad and worthless about all those endless interviews with Somalis. Woohoo Oh Hello All.
