    First  Congrats BIIHI,

     

    as for Ciiro, I think in uu sharafta ka raaco bay ahayd, he had two options , Congrats BIIXI for his win, or go to COURT.

     

    Samatar has a big ego, and Biihi himself, egoistic, will not entertain him,  and Galayr  has no value. Failed in KHaatumo/SSC

    There’s got to be a way of reconciling the number of voters to the corresponding ballots.

     

    Whether it be Voter card with a ballot stub that is torn off by voter before he goes into the secret booth or an envelop with the voter ID that has a numerically unidentifiable ballot that is linked to it inside,  which is mailed in( but vote by mail is a whole different story here).

     

    Here is the nub of Kulmiye's failed-- and if I might add amateurish--  attempt at stealing the election: All Cirro has to show, to proof his case, is the initial count of the voters who got registered, the number of ballots cast for him, and the number Kulmiye claim they got. I believe these latter sums will never add up to the initial voter registration cards.

     

    In any case, we shall wait and see if Cirro will take such an injustice lying down or whether the sensible elders of the place give him his rights.

    100% agree, all Wadani has to do is prove a single case of fraud, and it is back to the polls, KULMIYE/BIIHI silent,  busy covering their tracks. biggest heist in SL

    ^definitely agree, in terms of organisation, skills,(and have a common motivator, to succeed and get recognition)  it is just few elites at top, who are disappointing people, will do anything to steal.

     

     

    Any society  must have a motivator that unites them to succeed.

    Galbeedi, thanks for your input, I think it is going to be ELECTION re-run,  It may be too costly, but that  is the only way to get  a credible election, with new election commission. This one is  tainted, and will break apart SL.

     

    I know for fact there were IDs being distributed on the day of the election, how is the possible?  these are not fake IDs, but real ones, and officials who kept the cards, knew who the cards were for, go directly to the person it was for, mostly nomadic illiterate,  and put them on car, bribed and asked them to vote for them

    well said, in UK, 32 million votes out of a possible out of 46.9 million, in last election was counted in few hours, A lot of high school kids help, delivering boxes , etc

     

    It is true, UK is light years ahead, but counting votes is not rocket science

    First congrats SOMALILANDERS for putting on great show, It was fun.

     

    KULMIYE is not going let go that easily, they are as corrupt, greedy, and hungry for  more misappropriation of public funds. 

     

    As SENIOR consultant  , and work for alot of  ICT project for many governments around the world, The new system they came up IRIS scan, could be the biggest problem, and achilles hills of the election system.

     

    The more you adopt more complicated , and DON'T   test all scenarios,  failures, problems before hand, delays introduced, you are getting into dangerous area.

     

    Always go for simple solution, the biggest issue is how come so little registered to vote? and why the turnout is so low? were people spooked by the new system? where SL government sharing intelligent with outside, like  EUROPEANS who were funding the election?

     

    Let us hope they solve the problem ASAP.
