Chicken? I have never seen a chicken in SL let alone on the highway. Goats, camel, wild boars yes but chickens? Xaqaad martay ninyow? Juxa, if the driver does hit an animal adigaa laguu soo jeesanaya (for the mag money) u diyaar garow.

^I have a stance. Its clear. The basis/reasoning behind it is clear. It is not based on pride and baseless predictions. Feel free to challenge it

^You just want her to experience Djibouti airport Juxa, its up to you but a drive from Berbera is better than a few hours in Djib airport and the small dirty plane you will get for the flight to Hargaisa.
-
Juxa, it really isn't that bad. If you're staying in Dubai for a while before you go, the journey to Berbera and Hargaisa is easy. If you go straight through from UK to SL then its very tiring.
-
^Shopping Juxa, the most reliable is African Express. 2.45 mins to Berbera (8am flight arriving at 11am ish in Berbera). Then a drive to Hargaisa (1.30 mins or so). If you go via Djibouti on Daallo or Jubba it takes longer and its very tiring. You will be leaving at some silly time from Dubai. Nuune prob know more than me though (Mr Duulaaye).

You are as young as you feel. I feel 40 JB, bisinka uun qabso

^why? Sheekadu waa 'it is understandable' I'm a realist saxib. Kenya did it becuase (like all the others) IT COULD! It could because it has ample reason to is my point (it wouldn’t otherwise). I get that it infringes on Somalia's sovereignty (whats left of it). I get people don't have to agree with it. I get people becoming patriotic. What I don't get it people not understanding WHY it happened. Maybe Kenya should have complained to the UN waited for an investigation to be agreed with the results pointing to Somali insurgents/pirates before it took action.

Che -Guevara;752182 wrote: Cross border..? Where are the kidnapped held? No one actually has an idea, such easy thing to say they are in Somalia. Where in Somalia? loool@pirates, come on now, surely you can't be mouthpiece for Western interest. Yes, Kenya can take security and complicate the Somali situation but its economy will pay the price. Again, none of this matters. There is a high probability this was done by AS/Pirates. Kenya are following a trail (whether its the correct trail or not doesn't matter at this juncture). It had to do something and that is understandable.

^Well to prove her wrong get on your bike ps there was a 100 year old who did a marathon at the weekend in the US so all is not lost JB, I don't eat in the Burj. Never been in there. Laakin Hargaisa food iyo Dubai food ha compare gareenin. Waxeenu is not just hilib and bariis
-
^But none of that MATTERS. What MATTERS is: 1. Somalis have done 3 cross border raids/kidnaps in Kenya (AS/Pirates) 2. Kenya has gone across the border to find them and eliminate them (security measures). 3. Point 2 can only be expected (are you really surprised?). If you think they're wrong to pursue them in Somali territory tell me why. Naga daa inta kale.

JB, that doesn't look very appetising to be honest. Ngonge, probably just has a dodgy hip and needs an excuse

Show badow yar baad tahay. Why Qatar when you could have gone direct (Emirates, BA, Virgin, Etihad). Why Daallo when you could have gone to Berbera with African Express?

They tried to arrest me in July for not having my driving license on me. Paid them 20k SLSH (negotiated from 50k)
-
^Note the words 'or whoever'. Having said that, whatever excuse conjured up doesn't matter to me as long as AS are dealt with. Trust you to focus on the insignificant rather than the larger issue
-
^I don’t entertain hyperbole. My explanation is on this thread. Every action has a reaction. At least acknowledge that. Even if Kenya’s security was not at stake the actions by AS or whoever gave them an excuse. I choose not to wear the blinkers. In fact, the actions by AS or whoever has given the world an excuse to enter Somalia and defeat AS.

Che -Guevara;752135 wrote: The excuses people make for invaders-I guess when it's not sisters getting raped, it is ALL OK. Just like the excuses you were makig for AS? At the end of the day its not a big surprise neither is it something many Somalis don't support. The reason is AS and what they have done to their own people. The short sightedness of some of the nomads is a tad surprising. This is the real world people. Forget about all of the nationalistic nonsense. At least try to understand Kenya's security is at stake hence the invasion. I doubt it will last long.

^Ethiopia was a proxy for the US. The UIC back then did not enter Ethiopia and kidnap people. In Kenya its different. Someone is entering Kenya, kidnapping people and taking them back to Somalia. Its happened 3 times recently.

Kenya is simply saying enough is enough. This can't be compared with the Ethio invasion (assuming I'm talking to reasonable people here).
