Somalia has been a corpse for 20 years, because of the lack of Somaliland. even though they need you they will never tell you we need you please.... Yes. We are Somalis and we're nothing without Woqooyi Galbeed. Even we have plans for Soomaali Galbeed and NFD in future.

  3. Jacaylbaro;798202 wrote: Do you even understand ?? But that doesn't prove his claim for two nations. We can talk all day, we can paste large junk of twisted maps, but the thing that works by the end of the day, is whether the claim is genuine or is just another Nigerian-money-offer.
  4. Jacaylbaro;798203 wrote: They claimed 20+ and the other side admits 5 ..... do the math but mar dambe ha odhan waxba may dhicin ,, I'm in Bossaso and nobody knew anything about this incident. It was only 2 kids throwing few stones and the warlord diaries started their usual wank-fest. Thus, I'm repeating the "waxba ma dhicin" statement.

  7. Jacaylbaro;798146 wrote: Yes, Siilaanyo knows the nations are created by people .... so he just did it But nobody bothers to recognize it, and that's what invalidates the *nation* term.

This is a lie, mate. But let them believe all those bollocks published on the warlord diaries. Their propaganda only makes us better and better.

Fact 1: People from Woqooyi Galbeed share common language, culture, ethnicity, descent and history with other Somalis. [...]a nation has no physical borders. Fact 2: Woqooyi Galbeed has no physical borders. A fact. it [nation] can also refer to people who share a common territory and government (for example the inhabitants of a sovereign state) irrespective of their ethnic make-up. The corruption, clannism and voter rigging in the 60's, SSDF role, Abshir Farah's, Omar Sharmarke major corruptions and failures of establishing a goverment and Abdullahi Yussuf's destructive role of bringing Ethiopians to massacre Somali civlians and destroy xamar to the ground, and by this laying the seeds for Al Shabaab's birth. And all the whicked counter policies of stimulating and profiting from Piracy, arresting Sheicks for terrorism by PIS and the same time creating mashruucs of so called anti Piracy, anti terrorism from CIA without actually solving it. Abdullahi Yusuf is one of those few intelligent people from Somalia. He knew from day one that Al Qaeda were present in Somalia and you noticed 19 years later that he was damn right. Give the man the credit he deserves. I really enjoy the moaning and whining of the haters.

  14. This is load of bollocks. The world and his wife know that Dahabshiil is one of those few honest companies from Somalia and it has nothing to do with terrorists and money laundry. If Ahmed Godane is from the same roots as the owners of Dahabshiil, that doesn't mean they're associates. My God! The people over at SunaTimes don't even know how to construct a simple sentence.

  18. I'm Bossasian through and through, but I think Erigavo and Sheikh should be in the list, too. May be remove Sinujif and Karin as they will be absorbed by the expansion of Garowe and Bossaso in the near future, and put Sheikh and Erigavo there.

Rayaale once mentioned Qow (a village in few kilometeres from the west of Bossaso) and 'geedka Jiica ah' (somewhere between Garowe and Qardho). 2. Anything that's valuable to the big boys. Oil, gold, uranium, etc... 3. Shiite, Sunnis, Wahabiyah, Christians, etc...
  22. Coofle;797007 wrote: “International recognition cannot be bought from shops”, The Somaliland project is only some kind of smokescreen used by the top officials and the rest blindly follow the hype. Recognition is considered when: * there is defined and undisputed land. * the country have enough resources to attract the interests of the big boys. * there are at least 2 opposing religious views, so they turn on each other when the big boys are enjoying the resources of the country.

Chimera;794780 wrote: How about some media/developmental focus on the old towns, fortresses and castles in Puntland that are currently decaying in the Somali sun instead of displaying a culture that is very much alive and under no threat of imminent extinction? Just a suggestion. Thats exactly what I was thinking about, Chimera. Few weeks ago the PL government decided to demolish a historic house near the old port of Bender Cassim; the only reason they removed this building was because Saracen needed to place some kind of facility there. As I heard in rumours, the house was built by the Ottomans long, long ago. I sometimes ask myself whether its the lack of proper education that made our old people some kind of muppets at best.
