  1. Not true, stop lying! It's eminent truth, discernable to all that you have inordinate fixation with ALL things related to virginity? It's all you talk about, what's the deal with that? There is more things going on in the world that have absolutely nothing to do with virginity you know?Don't try to turn the tables over on me now. Are you retarted? this thread is " women & quran", where do u see "virginity", you are the one who talked about "v" in this thread (messing up with the Flippymode's discussion), until you arrived like a fly into one's mouth, everyone was talking about Islam. And Stop Stalking me!

Originally posted by BOB: I would like to believe our mothers were feminists in their own way by not only being the fundamental and the backbone of the family but also the pillar of strength for our fathers yet we never heard or saw them challenging their husbands…[/QB] A nostalgic for Dark ages! Bob, everyone needs to be challenged, Husbands are not God just clueless faarax who need guidance on EVERYTHING. Our mother didn't have the financial independance to criticise and say what they think about our fathers. At that time, a somali man could easily divorce and re-marry, that's why our mothers kept their mouth shut because they knew they would be social pariahs if divorce. It was no respect but the fear of uncertain future!
  3. Originally posted by The Flipmode: If you don't value virginity, this is a different thread altogether.. Makalajabti [/QB] I answered to the other faarax's message (socod-folxumo), give me a break, he is the one who started with that virginity-shit and messed up your thread.

  5. Flippy, your thread was ambiguous because you were criticizing those women and the way they display their body (dress, shoes)! This is part of the "liberation" : women should have the right to dress in mini-skirt or wear cabaay. They have that right in the West unlike in muslim countries. No one should dictate to them how they should dress, choose a husband or drive a car. I am sure you agree on all these. It's basic human rights. Therefore the only way to give muslim women what men took away, is to give them more rights and protection. As long as honour killings, excision (which is not allowed in ISlam but pious somali people keep doing it to their daughters , ignoring the precept of Islam) are allowed, muslims societies are doomed. So definitely muslims are not liberated in some part of the World. No revolution starts peacefully, that's why we got people like Ayaan Hirsi, lesbians muslims authors, women advocating to lead prayers, You (muslim men) have created this havoc because you have ignored for so long the plight of your sisters in Islam. The Whole world consider muslims men are wicked and cruel, cartoons insult our prophet. So your thread is not really helping, is it? As long as you don't see the roots of this "liberation" (or if you mock it), well the ends will justify the means.
  6. I think the following sentence could sum up the History of Muslim societies: ISLAM has given the women liberation and... men have taken it away

Why do you have women, dogs and donkeys in the same category? *In the voice of that black lawyer in SEINFELD* I says “this is despicable, obnoxious, insufferable†zafir, Because I've never seen donkeys, dogs and women wearing macawis!
  10. Women are not inferior to men in Islam, it's just that male-dominated societies in some muslim countries "enjoy" discriminating women, those men are backwards, and anti-modern, they cling on their prerogatives by using some verses of the Qura'n or hadiths out of their context.
  11. This Macawiis topic is a hit, I bet the Gogarad thread will be a wonder........ Are SOL bored? Who care if women, dogs and donkeys revert to macawiis?
  12. I don't think we should say "allahu naxaristoo" for dead christians, no? The dude is a white man, his grandpa was a somali so his mother is mixed race and she is called Barbara Yusuf-Porter, they don't sound like the perfect muslim family.
  13. There is something wrong with the front bit: it looks like a fish
  14. Yeah, a bit aggressive, like the other nomad, I am wondering who made her moderator?
  15. Originally posted by Ducaqabe: She’s just girl protectiong women. That’s it. The name says it all. Yep, I am just protecting those young innocent reveller girls who just happen to be drunk and appear to "prey" on our young arab-looking-sweet somali girls! No offense Sheherezad, I was just making the comparison between what you said (the woman was flirtatious) and what some men would have said in they were in your position. While some girls are ****** enough to drink too much and wander the city centre, they are most likely to get raped by guys who would state afterwards that girl was sexually interested in them. That's exactly what you said right? That is my point and nothing else, I was watching the news and they were talking about this Amnesty International report, and when I read your comment on this thread, I saw the analogy ( How drunken women are always perceived as lewd and flirty even from a woman's point of vue)
  16. By assuming she was a lesbian interested in you , you (or your friend)put forward the same pathetic excuse of men who rape girls who are drunk! You got it now? From amnesty International website UK: New poll finds a third of people believe women who flirt partially responsible for being raped ICM Poll Shows Widespread Ignorance Of Extent Of Rape And Low Conviction Rates A new ICM opinion poll commissioned by Amnesty International indicates that a third (34%) of people in the UK believe that a woman is partially or totally responsible for being raped if she has behaved in a flirtatious manner. The poll, ‘Sexual Assault Research’, published today (21 November) as part of Amnesty International’s ‘Stop Violence Against Women’ campaign, shows that similar “blame culture†attitudes exist over clothing, drinking, perceived promiscuity, personal safety and whether a woman has clearly said “no†to the man.
  17. This article says more about the cat owner's mental health than the subject (cats and Jesus)
  18. On the platform, friend says: She was nice. She was lesbian. Men who come across a drunken girl after a night out, think "she is up for sex". Women who come across a drunken girl think "she is a lesbian". Who says Men and Women think differently?
  19. Makalajabti, I won't be surpised if you get the RED card after your wedding night, getting a red card from a sad hyporite faarax is a bliss. My judgement is if both parties agree, and know what is going to be on the dish, that is fine, but it is hypocry if girl tells she is virgin, and you found out this is not the case, then she deserves to be sacked. This TV show is called the Apprentice... The same goes for boys if proven that they are not. How could one possibly prove that a boy is not virgin? People are really funny when it comes to sex Definition of Hypocrisy in Wikipedia: Hypocrisy is the act of pretending to have morals or virtues that one does not truly possess or practice. A classic example of a hypocritical act is to denounce another for carrying out some action while carrying out the same action oneself.Hypocrisy also refers to the act of criticizing others for behavior which one engages in as well, or in other words, not practising what you preach. Some people believe that most, if not all people are hypocrites since we constantly criticize what we deem to be bad behavior, even though most people do bad things at some point in their lives.
  20. The London Underground reflects London: expensive, dirty, crowded but everyone loves it, few people leave London each year and more and more people move in from abroad! The elevator is out of service in my nearest station and they said it will take 2 months to fix it  .

We are in the 21st century and people are talking about polygamy, what a shame, no wonder why Somalia is still in feudal times. We know you can , you trend, is to hate hate Somalis and ISLAM so much??? Islam+ Somalis can stay without you makala..This was a general topic for discussion not personal..Who wants to know about you marrying a dirty white skinny lad? Don't be so racist Flipmode, the white skinny lads are the one who fed you when you flew in from Somalia, hungry and desperate! The topic is about who is willing to share her husband and I replied, Now Naff off! I ain't sharing my faarax or skinny whitey. I love my country, my people, and my religion and just because we disagre on certain points, it doesn't mean the opposite! Can't you see we are poles apart in everything?

A person who is gluttonous and wasteful is a bad person: a person who doesn't exercise control over any of their orifices ( ) is a bad person: a person who is malicious is a bad person: Shall I go on? Wow, I am happy Jimca is not a judge, she would put in prison whoever has "unlawful" sex I am sure you'd enjoy living in Saudi arabia, they like that stuff. We definitely have not the same definition of a "bad person", I was thinking rape, murder, theft, and you talking about "orifices". Officially you do whatever you want with your "orifices", as long as you don't hurt people with it  . Officially means the Law (not the Sharia one, that stuff is for the Middle East, I am not following it, anyway How can one follows the Sharia and lives in the West? a bit schyzophrenic huh?)..... Jimca Lee, Have you ever considered studying Law because you have a lot of stuff to learn! You are quick to judge "glutonous" people as "bad" ( it means 90% of somali housewives who have few stones to loose) Anyway we moving away from the subject. I hope I am not glamourising and promoting Sex here, it wasn't my attention. And It definitely doesn't need my publicity
