    WILL TRUE LOVE EVER COME?

     

    Why can`t I find someone who is real

    Someone who feels what I feel

    Everytime I meet someone

    I put in all eggs instead of just some

    I fall in love too quick

    I fail to use my judgement and wit

    I open up way too fast

    Thinking that it will last

    I end up all alone

    All that I have to show for is gone

    Pieces of my heart lay shattered on the floor

    What else do I have to live for?

    Will I ever find someone who is true?

    Will I ever find someone who is honest too?

    Will someone love me for me?

    Will someone set me free?

    I won`t give up just yet

    I just have to get in the right mind set

    I am really tired of getting shoved

    It’s impossible for me to resist to kiss you.

    I get excited when I think of hearing your voice,

    I try not to, but my heart gives me no other choice,

    Why couldn’t I kiss you, the way you keep your lips so soft and moist?

    I thought I didn’t have bright future, but when it starts to uncoil,

    Where only tears of joy drop from your face.

    I was taking the little love I had to give and stretching it,

    And ataching it in your heart, never meant to push us apart.

    I thank God I found you.

    I just want to stand behind you

    Whisper in your ear to remind you,

    That my love for you shines so bright it might blind you.

     

    So, as I’m holding you and we are in the moment cheek to cheek,

    No need to speak, I want to enjoy this moment, I may not see you next week.

    I just want to feel you heart beat, hear you breathe, wish this moment

    Would never leave.

    You may think that you don’t deserve it, I feel like I owe’em.

    Love is Lonely

     

    Love is a tender pretender.

    Pretends to be tough

    And won’t admit when its had enough.

    My love must have 9 lives

    I’ve been stabbed with 9 knives.

    Or just a cowarddying a thousand deaths.

    Its cries under its breath,.

    Trying to keep its tears concealed,

    But to me its revealed,

    Constantly bleeding, never healed.

    The wounds are not in your vision,

    Cuts of carelessness ironically made with precision.

    Some things you just can’t shake off,

    Some depression filled faces you can’t take off.

    Sometimes love makes off with a face that’s untrue,

    But it is impossible to undo

    The actions that made love blue.

    Hearts get broken in two, four, eight, or sixteen.

    During the thirty-sixth time the same actions don’t seem so mean.

    Killed with kindness.

    No, just emotional blindness,

    You see a peasant when I use to be your highness.

    Love dies slowly and more sadly.... lonely.

    Beauty in disguise packing a sensual surprise.

    Isn’t it time that this Queen found you and took her love and surround you,

    Set you free from the sadness that has bound you.

    Certify you with a kiss and crown you.

    Your lips alone put me in a trance,

    I often day dream of a moonlight dance,

    I want to take you there once I get a chance.

    I want God to adopt me, so I can give you the world.

    Who knew that I would fall in love with that Quite little boy?

    The one I thought was so mysterious, kept me curious.

    And I’m serious.

    I never spoke to you because you weren’t like everyone else.

    You were different, so I kept my distance,

    But all this time later, there was no resistance,

    Saw you and I had to approach you in an instance

    With persistence I made it to you and with your assistance

    I started the conversation. Wanting, to hold you right there, but love has patience.

    Surprisingly during our date you were anxious and I was gracious in accepting the kiss I’ve always missed.

    My mind is making a list of emotions to describe the satisfaction from the action.

    Body shutsdown, relaxing. You sent me a hot chill.

    Baby, I love you and the way you feel when you touch me, I can’t sit still.

    I don’t have strong enough will to resist you.

    I can only assist you in getting somewhere desirable,

    I never knew I was the type to be admirable.

    You won me over so quickly,

    I’m pleased you picked me.

    If I’m not pleasing you, give me directions,

    It's been too long since we contacted each other

    Four days seem like four months from one another

    My destination in life is so unclear

    But I can tell the blurr in my eyes is only from tears

    You navigate, I steer, or it could be the other way

    It dosen't matter as long as you love me everday

    I've focused on stars in the universe many nights

    But you shine brighter as if a perfect sight

    Endless seas could not separate the connection

    A flower blooms as a sign of nature's affection

    Gently times passes as if it were meant to be

    God's decree that you were sent to me

    I can't help it I think about you all the time

    Put you in my prayers so that life is kind

    Your on my mind 24/7 I hope you feel the same

    Love is four letters but are emotions in the name

    If they were then my love would be a thousand letters

    LOVE BY DEFINITION

     

     

    Love by definition is a deep affection; fondness

    Love by vision is sight not blindness

    Love by emotion is passion and kindness

    Love by group is sharing and togetherness

    Love in small portions is enormous none-the-less

    Love for your parents, you’ll surely be bless

    Love for a crack head, now that’s a test

    Love given half way, so where is the rest

    Love stolen or taken, that hurts the chest

    Love in hard times is always the best

    I wonder if I view the world the way it's suppose to

    be?

    My pen touches paper, words flow through me.

    No hate in me, none expected,

    Only fear for God and the few he selected.

    Connected to my family, the way it has to be,

    Cause a world without them would be no less than a

    tragedy.

    Drastically, I question my worth, my sun, moon, and

    earth.

    How much longer will people still have to hurt?

    Even worse, did I do anything to stop it?

    I perform no miracles,

    Yet every man and woman is just like me,

    I wonder if I view the world the way it's suppose to

    be?

    He loves she, she loves he, they live happily.

    No drama, a wonderful life.

    Few have visions, decisions for man and wife.

    Wife and man in my eyes, my heart, my sunrise,

    Mother of his children,.

    When he keeps her happy, special things

    occur.

    A memory of each other.

     

    He hopes the heavens bless her....he tests me.

    360 Degrees of openness and ecstasy.

    But simply, not all relationships finish, some

    deminish,

    Some cut off contact and even cut off friendship.

    It's happened to so many so very close to me.

    I wonder if I view the world the way it's suppose to

    No jungle symphony, no fern gully.

    Ozone layers depleted, priceless treasure lost to

    Ain't it funny? How we neglect what we can't see?

    Cause if I ask enough, recollection becomes

    protection.

    Protection from ignorance, too quick to judge,

    misconceptions.

    Still believe I'm the world's greatest, never

    outdated.

    Aspire to be from what God has created.

    Never unchanging, I must understand my atmosphere,

    Still unclear, with fear, I know why I'm here.

    Many conceptualize our minds as being young and

    undefined,

    But I swear I've broken down life more than a thousand

    hourglasses of time.

    Creation's sublime. Yes we all know it.

    All of us in our hearts are creative innovative poets.

    Mothers, sons, daughters, and wives.

    Sisters, brothers, fathers, and grooms for brides.

    We show our pride inside, some say it some write it,

    But some fight it, others look to ignite it.

    Either way, I know I have the key,
