Somaliland: Sompower cuts power bills

Somaliland’s electricity supplier says that it is cutting power bills from its customers in Gabiley on Thursday.

The Somaliland Electric Company (Sompower) which is a member of Somaliland electric association contributes 60% of Somaliland’s electricity.

Sompower says that it has proposed a way to cope with high power prices throughout Somaliland.

The government issued decree to deal with the inflation and lower price energy will help the people of Somaliland.
