Somaliland has attended as an observer status at African Union Summit

The posting makes it look like a big delegation. Isn't he one pwrson that is representing Somaliland to AU and Ethiopia?

The representative of Somaliland has rights and status of Consul as Ethioipian, Kenya, Djibouti have representatives in Somaliland with rights and status of Consul.

 

I do not remember where and when, but this is not first time Somaliland reps sit in opening sessions. There is literally a hundred organizations, countries, institutions that have observer status.
