Strategy to Achieving our Goals

 

As noted above there are a number of goals in my vision, and all of them will require substantial resources. I will fund these goals through reviving the country’s historic economic engine as well as finding new creative sources of revenue.

 

-We will rekindle the country’s abundant national resources such us fisheries, livestock export agricultural products and exploiting other natural resources such known hydrocarbons.

 

-We will design an effective and efficient tax policy to increase government revenue to pay for basic public services.

 

-We will supplement the initial basic public service costs with bilateral and donor aid in addition to our own internal revenue mechanism.
